Tata sky broadband has installed a new service here at my place and internet is down every second day. I am tired of calling and complaining.

I need my refund and do not want to continue my services.

          Hi
          I am shailendra nagar my cutomer id no. Is [protected] my register no. Is [protected]. This guys are irriteting me from 4-5 days. My set-top box goes on standby mode some time it run very well and some time it goes on standby mode i call to customer care they told me we are sending our technician to your home he will solve the problem and you have to pay 150 rs service charge. I agree with that. But when technician came to my home he just press some button of my remote and then saying that you have to replace your set-top box and you have to pay extra 350 rs for that. I tolled him i plz resolve my old set-top box problem. And why i will pay for replaced set-top box its tatasky duties to take care of customer. Plz help me for in this case

            Address: Tata sky company location not aware

            My tata sky subscription i. D is [protected] i called customer care for above complain i was said that to visit 410206 that comes in navi mumbai i was asked to pay 300/- for visit and repair cost extra. Too much loot day before means 24/07/2020 recharged with 340 bt after recharging i found sound issue from set top box. Now unnessarily my recharge is of no use til it gets repaired n repair cost they are charging very high.

            I am using tata sky cable since last ten years bt in this ten years any kind of service we call they are charging very huge amount bt this time i have decided and i kno personally what the issue is i have got second opinion from my regular technician bt i want this wrk to b done by tata sky and the charge they wil b charging i wil pay by taking perfect invoice from them and i will see what to do with them.

              One to two days ago my tata sky box was updated. After that many channels (Non hd channels) such nat geo, discovery, history tv 18 are only available in hd. I cannot even see channels expect hd. Sd channels are deleted.

                My complaint is against tata sky department without asking us directly pack had activated on 04/01/2020 of rs 60 unnecessary

                We had registered hindi cinema pack of rs 338 and without asking us tata sky had activated rs 60 pack monthly of hindi cinema

                From 2 year we are not seen any hindi cinema on tata sky channel why should we activate from our side... I had noted this on my pack of tata sky app in that i had seen my plan become rs 398 and hindi cinema had been added so i immediately i had chat with tata sky executive and consult with him he had immediately decativated plan of hindi cinema on 24/7/2020...

                I had asked when this plan activate he told me 4/1/2020 it means 7 months i m paying unnecessary amount of rs 420 which is against my wish and decision and also against law and order

                I m want to take necessary action against tata sky company for activating pack without permission of customer

                I m taking this matter to all consumer court of india and chairman of trai dr r sharma [protected]@trai.gov.in and tata sky ceo

                And all director of tata sky
                Directors of tata sky limited are vedika bhandarkar, ankur verma, devarajan samu, harit nagpal, uday shankar, saurabh mahesh agrawal, rohit sipahimalani, bharat dhirajlal shah, shuva samarajit mandal,.

                  We have 64 nos postpaid connection in our colony area. When any service user problem faced, every time your representative give the reason for not coming. They have to busy in their work. But we and our employees have lots of complaint.

                  Please take needful actions other wise we will go for another option.

                    Technician visit charges

                      Hi, the mini satellite dish or reflector installed on my house has a different colour logo of tata sky written on it.
                      It's looking very odd as other houses around my house have the blue and red colour combination logo of tata sky written on their mini dish/ reflector, i want it to be replaced as many people are saying it's duplicate.
                      So far no response from tata sky as if they don't care.

                      My question is why it is different from other Tata sky mini Dishes fitted on other houses around my house. Just look at the photo you will understand what i am trying to say. I want it to replaced. Tell me whom should i contact for replacement?

                            Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 18july at 11:22
                            pm via internet banking. Costing rs.759 for uc credit of 660.

                            My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my SBI account that the money went in times of money limited.
                            Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I have tried many times to edit my name through app but of no use. Calling on your helplines for same complaint has also not worked out. Kindly direct tata sky to correct spelling of my name.
