My complaint is against tata sky department without asking us directly pack had activated on 04/01/2020 of rs 60 unnecessary
We had registered hindi cinema pack of rs 338 and without asking us tata sky had activated rs 60 pack monthly of hindi cinema
From 2 year we are not seen any hindi cinema on tata sky channel why should we activate from our side... I had noted this on my pack of tata sky app in that i had seen my plan become rs 398 and hindi cinema had been added so i immediately i had chat with tata sky executive and consult with him he had immediately decativated plan of hindi cinema on 24/7/2020...
I had asked when this plan activate he told me 4/1/2020 it means 7 months i m paying unnecessary amount of rs 420 which is against my wish and decision and also against law and order
I m want to take necessary action against tata sky company for activating pack without permission of customer
I m taking this matter to all consumer court of india and chairman of trai dr r sharma [protected]@trai.gov.in and tata sky ceo
And all director of tata sky
Directors of tata sky limited are vedika bhandarkar, ankur verma, devarajan samu, harit nagpal, uday shankar, saurabh mahesh agrawal, rohit sipahimalani, bharat dhirajlal shah, shuva samarajit mandal,.
And also registered office of tata sky

I want the refund and compensation loss from tata sky then only i will take my all complaint back otherwise my complaint will reach top most complaint of tata sky ever and forever... It is promise from side
I hope tata sky will take care of my complaint and resolve this issue on high priority basis
