I did recharged on line but failed, as my perception is when i was doing recharge my tv was switched off i got a massage like "request for emergency top-up has failed as your mobile number is mapped with multiple tata sky accounts. To avail the service, sms topup to 56633. I did massage but failed my mob no [protected]. Please do the needful

      I had taken new connection of tata sky..
      The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
      They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
      Through my subscriber id..
      But am unable to login with error as invalid code
      I am struggling from last 20 days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product
      Please help.

              While seeing it’s self suddenly stuck fully blank after some time it will come 10 to 15 minutes fully blanked so kindly send person to solve this problem

                  I used tatasky dth. I tried to register in tatasky app but it always failed. I complaint about this problem more than 6 months to shop owner, service man but no response. Finally they told rmn is wrongly registered. That is not my fault because i used my mobile number more than 15 years also a fancy number. Shop owner says he will try. But this quarantine periods no option to recharge. I tried tatasky toll free number and help email but no response. So please what can i do next? My due date is 12.04.2020.

                  A newly updated home settings in tatasky DTH. So I easy to change my Mobile number as RMN. Thanks for it. Good support.

                      As our network is tatasky. There have mentioned as "130 free channels" but they are making charges for those free channels and also the free channels are not usefull as per the user required. If this payment must be done. Why do they say it as free channels? Can you plz solve this problem.
                      As i called customer care to known about the free channels but they said it is much as per government. If it must why do they mention as free channels?

                          wrong payment transfer issue

                          My wife had transferred rs.7500/- on 5th february 2020 to tata sky account instead of transferring it to somebody else by mistake in google pay app.

                          I called up its call center and informed the same and i received call back from them stating that the amount is not credited to my account and assured they will look into it. Later again i got the call from them stating the amount is traced and assured i'll be getting the refund...

                          Tata sky did fraud with me they installed tata sky with binge and said it is free... I would have taken netflix or amazon subscription, why would i bother taking dish tv now i have to pay 249 per month extra for this stupid useless binge service which cannot be even unsubscribed because after receiving your complaint they will never respond to it. Such a scammers these people are.

                            My consumer no.[protected]. I have 2 tvs with multi tv tatasky connection. One tv had problem sometime back and the modem was replaced with latest on ie without digicard. I is working well. Other tv with digicard after swich on, the setup box does not start and says signal not receiving. Address:no.11, flat. No.2, 29th cross street, besant nagar, chennai.600090.                               Earlier i had submitted a request through this forum regarding cancellation of the tata sky binge. Though i had received an sms on 30/3/2020 regarding deactivation of the same, still it is active. This came to my knowledge because it still reflects in my account and unnecessarily if i have to renew my subscription i'm forced to pay for the service which i had wanted to be cancelled. Why is there a long delay to my request in spite of the sms received?!

                                    Good morning.. This is umasankar sahukaru. I am sorry to complain you about this. On 1st april i paid 312 rupees for a monthly recharge.. But unfortunately i paid through my google play account to a wrong id ([protected]) which was not working, and this is my previous setup box.
                                    Again i paid to my new set box id. We have the channels..
