Hi team,
We have been complaining back to back on this issue but no response is received. This is period of lockdown so no call center service available.. This is understood. But the whatsaap service which you have started is not helping at all. I have been trying from last two weeks but no good response and neither my connection issue is resolving.
Please arrange a call on the no firstly and once done, please fix the issue.

Yes off course i have been telling, that i would need a call back on my issue. But always i have been told you will get call back and then nothing to address my question. JFYI I have fixed my TATA sky issue without any help from TATA sky pepl as they were not helpful at all.
Secondly on my recharge which i did and wasted completely is all because of my problem, it went all in vein and now i want my reachage to be reimbursed as there was no use of my recharge amount for whole month Along with a call arranged properly and with some one who actually knows ….other wise it will again be like - you will get a call back and then no answer again.
Do I still need to wait for two more week, just to receive a call...why is it so difficult for tata sky to arrange a call for.discussion...i am definately not going to accept this delay and will not be considering my money being wasted becouse of this delay.. ARRANGE A CALL ASAP

    I recharged my tv after a gap of 3-4 months and now it's showing that the card inserted is wrong (pairing error)
    Please resolve this matter as soon as possible as already there's panic everywhere regarding the covid and the only means of news is that and internet .

      We have dth (Tatasky) connection. I recharged amount to the wrong tata sky id. On[protected] i. E, tuesday i have mistakenly recharged with amount of rs.255 tatasky id: [protected] while recharging tatasky id :[protected].
      My account is deactivated now due to low balance. And my pacakage has been deactivated and channels and not displaying.
      So, i request you to kindly credit back amount to my tatasky id.

        I have paid Rs.255 for recharging my TataSky account on 31/03/2020. Money was deducted from my SBI account but the re-charge never happened. My TataSky account has been deactivated because of low balance.

        Please solve the issue immediately, either by way of refund or by completion of recharge to my tatasky account.

        I have paid Rs.619 for recharging my TataSky account on 20/01/2021. Money was deducted from my SBI account but the re-charge never happened. Then I did it again and now it's recharged but the the money deducted earlier is not been Credited to my Account.

                The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
                They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
                But am unable to login with error as invalid code
                I am struggling from last few days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product

                  I recharged my Tata Sky account on 22th march evening by PhonePay..It has been a day and my account is still deactivated although a balance of 193 is present in the account ..Why would the Tata Sky server will de-activate the account in between although balance is available?? Is this some kind of fraud.? What kind of service is that.? Fix this problem...AndI advise the new people not to subscribe to TATA Sky...

                    Based on the communication from tata sky representative to make a recharge i have made payment through my tata sky mobile app the sum of rs.300. The payment was made through upi mode. The request came to my upi app with vpa named "[protected]@apl" requesting the amount provided in the app. I have approved the collect request and the payment was successful - dated 30 March 2020. After the transaction, till date i have not seen my tata sky account reflecting the amount recharged.

                      Dear sir,
                      To recharge my tata sky tv connection having subscriber id [protected], i have deposited rs 335.00 twice on 23.03.2020 and 25.03.2020 vide bank reference numbers igaijftpu7 and igaijpyty6 respectively.
                      However, rs.335.00 of 23.03.2020 refunded on 26.03.2020 vide bank reference number ixgasnvtw9.
                      Now till date it is not recharged and remains deactivated...
                      I have tried to inform the matter over given mobile numbers but i have received no response..
                      I, therefore would like to request you to look into the matter and solve the problem at your earliest so that i can enjoy the tv programmes smoothly.

                        We have got an issue in the tv which is not working and it is causing the below issue in the set of box and no picture seems to be coming.

                          set top box stuck on standby mode

                          My tata sky set top box is stuck on standby mode and does not turn on. Sometimes it turns on but shows no signal after a few minutes or if we change the channel. We have tried unplugging all the wires but no result. We are continuously trying to contact the customer care but no response from their side. Have been facing the problem for 3 days and no resolution till now....

                          not working after recharge

                          My Tata sky Subscriber ID - [protected], Have Recharge of Rs 341/- picture attached, Still I am not able to see any channel, showing Recharge not done. Please help to activate from your family end as soon as possible.

                          This time we are at home we need it urgently for time pass time.

                              Set top box is always showing the error of "the set top box needs to be paired". Some (14) number is also mentioned at the last. I am facing this problem from last 15 days and not able to solve it. No support from customer care. No body is picking up calls there. Whatsapp number is not on whatsapp. So there is no way to register your complaint.
                              This is extremly unethical and illigal to charge customer without providing the services.
