I bought tatasky receiver and its sets from a friend, now it belongs to me, since the previous mobile number which belongs to the old owner, the problem is that, whenever i want to subscribe my selected prefered channels it has to be done throught registered mobile number, which is not my mobile number. Therefore, registered mobile number of subscriber id [protected] has to be changed to my current mobile number [protected].

        I have made complaint on the issue 5 days back through help line desk and email with 4 reminders.
        I have been assured everytime but with no result. I am a retired government..
        Officer and a senior citizen, completely exhausted now.
        I have recently shifted to agra from dwarka delhi. I have even forwarded complaint through dwarka circle of delhi.
        I have made timely recharge of my packs but denied fascility as i cant view anything.

        Not addressed yet sir,
        only a representative contacted m and took details. as per him my complaint has been forwarded to technical section with assurance that someone will visit m, well, such assurance was given earlier also. I have to wait and see if someone visits m to rectify the fault.

        24 hrs has elapsed since tata sky representative contacated me with assurance that technical team will send a technician to attend to my 6 days old complaint.
        Unfortunately nothing has progressed, Kindly intervene strict measures as Tata sky is harassing a customer.
        Surprisingly their recharge due date message has come. where as the fascility is not available due technical fault.

        Latest at 2045 hrs 29 Th . A tata technician contacted m at 1500 hrs and verified the address and said will b visiting me at 1600 hrs for rectification. he never turned up. Did not even informed me. wen contacted he said he has not been issued special pass by TAta Sky management hence not allowed to move by police.
        Sir, this is too much of harassment for a senior retired Central Govt defence officer and a senior citizen. Tata Sky is just not doing their required job and troubling a regular customer. They r not issuing special passes to their technicians in small towns thereby not letting them attend to complaints. Pls intervene strongly otherwise the very aim of writing to Consumer Forum is lost.

        Mr Ajit of Tata Sky visited my place at 8 AM. he has attended to my complaint and rectified the fault for time being as my dish needs a change.

          Fed up with tata sky services. First of all this is one of the most expensive service providers in dth. And in beginning of this month for 8 to 10 days service was getting interrupted due to sun outage and now maybe because of covid 19 we are unable to see 90%of channels from selected pack. We are getting error as your tata sky box is not receiving signal due to bad weather. Really if weather is issue then it should be for all channels not selected channels. We are able to see only 10% of subscribed channels. Another thing is it happens only in day time. If issue is with dish or wires then in night time also we should get issue. But night time we can see all subscribed channels. If you are not giving waiver in your charges due to covid 19 to your subscribers then all we expect is uninterrupted services by dth provider in this lockdown period. Most irritating thing is they have no one at service helpline number to speak as well. My subriber id is - [protected]

          Inorder to rechrg Discovery Hd 713, I just rechrged my tata sky account by scanning Bharat Qr available in the tata sky recharge section. The recharge was done but it is not reflected in my tata sky account. Please take up the issue and do the needful.

              recharged but not activated

              I have recharged my dth service yesterday but my channels are not yet activated and most importantly i didn't get any recharged message from tata sky but the amount got debited from my account for sure.                 It might be possible that the tatasky may have change the vendor where old set off box may not be matching.
                It is requetsed to take necessary action in the matter and if any engineer is to be send to sort out the problem then date of visit and mob. No. And name may be intimated on mob. No. [protected].

                My Tata sky was deactivated from last 9 months. I was out of town, but now today i recahrged my Tata sky with rs 398 but still it is showing

                          My tv is showing that set top box needs to be paired. Previously you replied someone with the same problem to remove card and insert again.but i have hd box there is no card.what should i do.customer care is not replying.

                                  I didn't recharged my dth for 8 months now when I'm to recharge the set top box is show subscriber id : NA. The set top box was showing to recharge my account I recharged it with the help of my registered mobile number now it's again showing that my account is disactivated

                                    In tata sky all channels espically cartoon freeze and then start again and sometimes shows a black screen or no signal sign between I have also submitted compliant through chat but no response please fix this issue
                                    P.S:No problem with my tv as I watch YouTube in it.

                                      subscribed channel are not showing

                                      I am unable to see marathi channels since morning. I have subscribed the same and also have active recharge.
                                      I am not able to view zee marathi, zee talkies, abp majha etc channels. It shows please subscribe this channels.
                                      But as i checked my current pack details, i have subscription of marathi regional pack.
