    After a gap of two months i recharged my tata sky then it is showing this is wrong card for this device (pairing error) for no reason.

    Tried to contact custemer Support number as well as Sent an email to help desk.
    but no one is hare to aolve the problem.

    all are only for business.
    Very bad services.

    Please do the needful As soon as possible.

      I have tried to recharge my tata sky account with freecharge wallet on 25-march 2020, i have paid 440 rs. (50 wallet+390 from upi id). Amount is deducted form freecharge wallet and showing as transaction successful in freecharge but transaction failed in tata sky, by bad i have tried twice so 880rs was stuck. Please let us know the procedure to get my amount back.

        I was not using the connection for a month and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my subscriber ID is [protected] and RMN is [protected] please help me get this sorted out. It's a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out. Even after resetting the set top box it displays the same error. I tried to call customer care, but no response

          Hello team,

          I was not using Tata sky for few months and I have recharged yesterday. But it is not working due to signal issues. I have tried to restart the device and it is of no use. Tried to do the master reset with all the possible options but again it insist for signal issue. It is working for all my neighbours in the same block as well as in the society. Please resolve asap as it is much required to stay home to have some entertainment during this covid situation.

                      I have recharged my tatasky account after 5 months and this error has been shown. This is the wrong card for this set top box. Digi card id is[protected]. Pl get it rectified soon. It is a very not so professional msg by the service providers. I would request to get it rectified as soon as possible and also credit my one day payment of services as the services were not offered due to a/m problems.

                          When I recharged my account I was unable to view channels and black screen had appeared and showing that your set top box need to be paired contact the customer care if if the problem persists.

                                Hello, i was not able to view some channels on tv, view is bad weather but the weather is very sunny so i had complaint customer care one month before and they told me the problem needs to be resolved if technician will visit, i am said, no need to pay any charge, but they have deduct amount from my account?
                                Also they are charging monthly recharge amout which they promised to wave off. They have charged around 800rs on for super lmb which promise for free of cost in call. Tata sky providing very pathetic service and looting us. I asked them to take your box and return my money but they are not agree. Box cost is around 6500rs.
                                If tata sky is not able to provide service properly they should not loot common people.

                                I asked them to take your box return my money but they said we can not.

                                If they are not providing service customer can not take another vendor service.

                                  My set-top box was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly i am getting error 02. Digicard may not be inserted properly. This issue is just there and even after restarting the set-top box, cleaning the card and reinserting the card with the arrow on top did not resolve the issue. This is the first time i am getting this. Please help as its really annoying

                                    And none of you so called helpline attend or respond to my calls

                                    Kindly resolve at earliest
