I deactivated my Binge in September 2021. The pack was auto-activated after 6 months in June 2022 and the amount (Rs. 299)was deducted for the next two months. I raised a complaint for the deactivation and refund. The customer care executive gave the assurance initially.
I received a follow-up call. Very rude response from the customer care executive. She blatantly denied any refund and abruptly disconnected my call. What a despicable demeanour from your "esteemed" service!
