Tata sky binge remote(upper half portion)was not working so I filed a complaint in their customer service on 5th august 2021, complaint number-384USBR78. Mechanic visited on 13th august 2021 but the problem was not resolved. He told me that this issue is due to binge and binge needs to be replaced but I can’t replace binge currently as we can’t carry binge for replacement with us. Again on 14th august I filed a complaint with customer service, complaint number-130USBR65 for binge replacement they assured me to replace it before 16th august. On 17th I was called from their customer service that we can’t replace your binge, no reason for non replacement of binge was given from them inspite of their warranty assurance till March 2022 for binge and remote.
On 19th I talked to the senior official of Tata sky binge and I got assurance that by 20th august mechanic will visit and resolve your issue but till now neither mechanic have visited nor issue been resolved .
Clearly this issue is against the warranty commitment of Tata sky for binge. Was this information helpful? |
