[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Channels not showing

I have bought a new tata sky connection for 2600 rupees for a yearly subscription and My customer Id is [protected]. From the first day, I cannot view all the channels except a few. I had to recharge extra for viewing channels. But when the recharge amount is over the channel doesn't show as usual. The yearly package subscription has many channels which I cannot view. I have tried everything, calling customer care, technician visits, but nothing could resolve this issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
