I have recharged of amount 399 Rs. In Tata sky app it showed me that transaction is failed but my money is deducted. No recharge history is to be seen in the app.

    I have recharged tata sky with Rs331 through HDFC App. Transaction has been failed but amount not refunded after 3 days also. It has neither in tata sky account or hdfc. Please resolve my issue.

      Channels not showing

      I have bought a new tata sky connection for 2600 rupees for a yearly subscription and My customer Id is [protected]. From the first day, I cannot view all the channels except a few. I had to recharge extra for viewing channels. But when the recharge amount is over the channel doesn't show as usual. The yearly package subscription has many channels which I cannot view. I have tried everything, calling customer care, technician visits, but nothing...

          I booked a new connection of Tata sky on 06th September 2021 with following details:

          Customer Name: Tarun Kumar

          Email ID: [protected]@hotmail.com

          I did the payment of Rs. 2977.00 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber id even after 10hrs and just got email of transaction today day. On asking executives at toll free number they asked me to provide subscriber id without which they can't do anything. I explained them that I didn't receive such id. No support received by sending email at [protected]@tatasky.com

          i am waiting for the resolution. every time when I am trying to reach your customer care I am getting the response that we don't have the access of higher authority to resolve such type of issue .we only help if we have subscriber Id since i yet not received the subscriber id i am feeling helpless .please do the needful as soon as possible for more detailed information i am sharing the screenshot of all the stages.

            First though I did not wanted U sent Tata sky binge. I have not subscribed for it and had asked it to be taken back. But still U charged Rs.299/- I have called on 21st, 24th July, 19th August, 24th August and complained that neither it is taken back from me nor my Rs.299/- is refunded.
            I have been Tata sky consumer from almost 16 years and if this is the treatment - by first giving free Firestick and then fraudently charging Rs299/- and then not returning money and now after several complaints also not restoring the connection I dont know where your company is going.
            I never expected such a fraud from Tata Company

              We didn't received HDMI cable with box in fact tata sky will not provide or tatasky service is worst because tatasky is technically third-party techcal assistance so the technicians are freaking customers and tatasky officials also like same I complaint on this issue almost 10 times and the teccally worrest and service oriented very bad ... I will not suggest for new and exciting customers at any cost I will suggest local dth services cable operators are better than this worrest service if you can check my ID [protected] I f can call me [protected]

                    I applied for a refund in December after having a connection for well over 7-8 years.
                    I have called them more than 30 times to get a refund and they have always said the complaint has been put forward to fast response team and 100s of other excuses, they took my setup box and removed the satellite on the next day of the first call but no refund has been made still after providing them with everything possible

                      I have a situation where I may recharge my TataSky STB from online and I may not be in front of the STB. The STB may be off at that time.
                      HOwever later when I start the STB it's unclear when it auto refreshes in the STB.
                      I waited for over 10 minutes and manually refreshed my account. The issue is there are senior citizens in my house who don't know such procedures. All they know is On/Off and change channel.
                      I thought tata sky might have a solution but despite request to talk to a tech person, all they did is called me back and only a general executive spoke to me who did not have any knowledge of my concern.
                      I would prefer is STB refreshes itself later automatically upon switched on later after recharge.
                      Hope tata sky will implement such a user friendly feature. Remove the constraint that STB must be on while recharging.

                        I made a payment from gpay but the payment is not showing on my account. I tried to contact google and my bank, both of whom say to contact tata sky. When I contact tata sky, they say they don't have the payment.

                          While buying the Tata Sky connection they did not inform that we should pay extra service charges apart from pack we select. They are charging 153 Rs seperate as service charges other than channels we select. It is same as local cable what is benefit for getting Tata sky? Channels are also costly. Like local cable ppl give remote tata sky remote also not working properly often we need to tap on the remote to make it work. Useless remote, simple waste of money in tata sky.

                            My parents being senior citizens staying alone, were given a firetv stick along with a new Tata sky connection and told it was free along with the connection. They don't have a broadband connection nor know how to use apps like hotstar prime video Netflix etc. For which they were being charged for more than a year. For a year they kept recharging when their tatasky was deactivated. Meanwhile they had not even opened the firetv stick box since it was not of any use to them. Me and my husband stay outstation in delhi. My parents stay here in Allahabad. When I came to visit them in January I realised that they were doing this since one year and registered a compaint with tata sky they said that we can do anything amount the money deducted please recharge to reactivate the account and if you don't require these Netflix amazon prime video hotstar etc... Return the device. We agreed to return the device, and we're told that a tatasky associate would come to collect the firetv stick device. In spite of calling them multiple times nobody came from tatsky, we then recharged for an annual pack for one year hindi basic pack connection and returned back to delhi. When I returned a month ago (6 months later) to my parents place I realised they had again deducted half the amount I had recharged for the annual pack... More than 2000 rupees had been deducted from the 4100 we had recharged for an annual basic hindi pack. On further inspection I realised they were still charging us for the firetv stick and hotstar + connection, even after nobody had come to collect the firetv device from my parents. Due to the faults of Tata sky lack of information given to senior citizens and tatasky has just taken advantage of senior citizens to extract money. They are both not working no income and been taken advantage of. After complaining again to tatasky they again are just saying we can't do anything about money deducted and sorry about that. I want my parents to be compensated by tatasky for this loss and headaches from tatasky and our tatasky connection to be reactivated.

                              Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                              On August 18 2021, I had reacharged my Tatasky account, through net banking with a sum of Rs. 3336/- to which I received a message from Tatasky saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and another message that my account shall be deactivated post midnight.
                              So I made another payment of the same amount. After that a message popped up saying that the account balance is now Rs. 6957/-. So both the transactions got processed due to a wrong message from their end.

                              I then made a call on their toll free number for a refund of one of the transactions (Rs. 3336/-). I was told that I will get a refund within 7-10 working days. I haven't received it yet.

                              Since then no action has been taken inspite of I calling their helpline number multiple times and speaking at all levels. I am now feeling harassed.

                              On August 27, I got a call from their back end team and a senior executive Mr. Pramod told me that he will start the refund process but I will be charged 2.5% on the refundable amount (3336/-). Yesterday again I received a call from the same department with the same argument.

                              I am not ready for any deduction in the refund because it was not my fault. This has been a harassing experience and they are putting me through mental stress. Request you to help me regarding this issue. Thank you!

                                  I recharged My tata sky account using gpay on 26 August of Rs. 18 and then of Rs. 41 and on 27 August of Rs. 490 but my connection is not activated. Whole amount is deducted from my account, I even gave a missed call on Tata sky provided no. But nothing happened.

                                      I did my tata sky recharge using tata sky app on 26 July with amount INR 452/-. It got successful from the google pay but did not update in the tata sky app. I checked in the google pay app, it showed payment received by billdesktatasky.

                                      i called tata sky customer care and they said it will be refunded in 7-10 days, still not credited and tata sky customer care is not able to help in any way.

                                      they talk only the scripted lines and sound so dumb that i regret my decision of sticking with tata sky.
