Cheating and very expensive

While buying the Tata Sky connection they did not inform that we should pay extra service charges apart from pack we select. They are charging 153 Rs seperate as service charges other than channels we select. It is same as local cable what is benefit for getting Tata sky? Channels are also costly. Like local cable ppl give remote tata sky remote also not working properly often we need to tap on the remote to make it work. Useless remote,...

Deducting money continuously after recharging, cheating senior citizens

My parents being senior citizens staying alone, were given a firetv stick along with a new Tata sky connection and told it was free along with the connection. They don't have a broadband connection nor know how to use apps like hotstar prime video Netflix etc. For which they were being charged for more than a year. For a year they kept recharging when their tatasky was deactivated. Meanwhile they had not even opened the firetv stick box since...

Unlawful charges for refund of extra recharge amount for Tatasky ID 1025744184

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

On August 18 2021, I had reacharged my Tatasky account, through net banking with a sum of Rs. 3336/- to which I received a message from Tatasky saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and another message that my account shall be deactivated post midnight.
So I made another payment of the same amount. After that a message popped up saying that the account balance is now Rs. 6957/-. So both the transactions...

I am Ratan More and I recharge my tatasky account amount of 300 rs to billdeskTaTasky but money is deducted from my account and recharge is not added to my Tatasky account. Please refund my money.

Box recharge

I recharged My tata sky account using gpay on 26 August of Rs. 18 and then of Rs. 41 and on 27 August of Rs. 490 but my connection is not activated. Whole amount is deducted from my account, I even gave a missed call on Tata sky provided no. But nothing happened....

Recharge Done from Tata Sky App, amount debited but not updated

I did my tata sky recharge using tata sky app on 26 July with amount INR 452/-. It got successful from the google pay but did not update in the tata sky app. I checked in the google pay app, it showed payment received by billdesktatasky.

i called tata sky customer care and they said it will be refunded in 7-10 days, still not credited and tata sky customer care is not able to help in any way.

they talk only...

I was recharging my tv, but by mistake I recharged on wrong Tata sky id.
So I want to cancel that and get my money back.

Regarding new connection payment failure

I have applied for new connection and paid via gpay... On gpay transection was successful but tatasky didn't receive any payment and after so many call they told me to provide subscriber I'd which I haven't received so I can't have new connection or any refund for this .

After giving missed call on[protected] I am getting the following error message by sms from Tata sky:-

Wrongly charged

In May 2021, i was facing "Weather not clear" issue while switch on the TV though it was a sunny day, Tatasky CC told me that there is some issue with wire. Executive came, checked and said we have to replace the wire. Next day he replaced the wire and amount has been deducted. After change of wire i was getting the same issue, executive came, checks and i have been charged everytime. Last week there executive told me that the wire changed...

Amount got deducted but received no money

Binge remote not working

Tata sky binge remote(upper half portion)was not working so I filed a complaint in their customer service on 5th august 2021, complaint number-384USBR78. Mechanic visited on 13th august 2021 but the problem was not resolved. He told me that this issue is due to binge and binge needs to be replaced but I can’t replace binge currently as we can’t carry binge for replacement with us. Amount debited from bank but tata sky showing transaction failed

I just tried to recharge my tatasky account. I did it via the tata sky app which gave me options to pay and i chose google pay. I recharged for ₹450. The money got debited from my account but tata sky showed transaction failed. Pls help me....
