I am facing exactly the same issue. I am using tata sky for >2 years and paying around 750 a month. Now suddenly the.signal stop appearing and customer care told me about the stupid 100 RS charge along with any additional charge for repairs..shame on you tata sky there is a thing called customer service: try google it and learn providing it to loyal long term customers. You are getting hefty paychecks cuz o[censored]s and I will shut my tata sky connection than paying you this ransom money. I am suspicious that this problem is created by you only.

We are also facing same issue. For last three weeks, it shows no signal . We raised many complaints but technician has not contacted yet. Even though there is no signal, tattasky is deducting money from account. We agreed to them that we will pay 100rs at least then they would resolve the issue. But no response. So disappointed with the service.
