Issue 1: my preferred language which is telugu was deactivated without informing me and i lost the services almost half day.

Issue 1 resolution needed: kindly provide me 1 day extension of my activation.

Issue 2: i have been charged monthly 175/- for hd pack activation and when called customer care to deactivate my hd pack, your team informed me that there is an offer available at 99/- for 3 months. When there is an offer why wasn't it communicated to me and why did you charge 76/- extra every month?

Issue 2 resolution needed: provide reversal of extra amount which has been charged to me regarding hd pack when there is a offer available for my account. How does it make sense for us to customer care every month and check for offers???...⇄

Issue 3: there are no notifications or smss sent to my number for any kind of offer (For example hd pack) related or channel drop.

Issue 3 resolution needed: when there is an offer already in place why wasn't it activated? And why did you people charge me extra every month? First place you don't send smss related to offers or channel drop.in the same place, why do you keep sending account deactivation smss every day in all available languages (Telugu, english & hindi). When there is no need for you to send smss related to offers, tata sky doesn't have any right to call or send me smss for deactivation as well.

Customer Care service is very bad... Executives won't have proper information on how to provide resolutions and just raises a complaint which never gets resolved. Also, they provide wrong input in their tool about customers.

      Id [protected]. Recharged for tan 3 on 17/6 of rupees 60 which was valid for 1 mth. These people discontinued this channel when i was back at home after a week and looked for the above channe on 30/6/18l. I call to the customer service, and they replied with the answer, that your english channel pack was expired. And they adjusted rs 60.in that channel
      My question with the authority is if i paid 60 rs for some particular channel. How they can transfer this amount to other channel subscribed. You guys are making fool of innocent people and playing with there hard earned money. Disgusting

        They deducted my 597 in less than 2 months whereas i have recharge this on 5 may and it was plan of 3 months when i called them asked to drop me complaint 3 executive spoke to me out of which one tram leader by name ram kumar whom i asked me to drop email regarding same and he first said i have sent when i said to hold and let me check if i have received or not. Then he said you will get it in hour. I said thats ok i ill be on cal till i receive email for same. Then he hanged on me. Worst service and worst executive who wasn't even able to speak exactly in english. Poor services not to purchase ever. Go for dish tv they have good services

          some news channels not showing up

          Am having this problem from last few days when i dont get to see few channels. All other channels are working fine without any problem. I see this as a regular trend within tata sky as i have seen in my last 3 years with them, that all of a sudden signal goes off and a technician comes and make some changes in the dish and voila, signals are back and that happens just few days after a new connection is added in the building i reside.           I have recharge tata sky after 1month but know on the screen showing pairing error bt why and what can we do for it??             From yesterday morning our tv set top box not received signal then i called costumer service they told tomorrow our technicians will come but today no technician attend complaint again i call today but they told tomorrow we will attend what's worst services giving tata when i have already paid my monthly recharge money even though i have to struggle to call

              My customer id is[protected]. One of my set top box was not receiving the signals and i called yhe cutomer care today (27/6/18) at 9:02 pm and was told all the executives are busy so book the call and vwe will call you in 10minutes. I did the same and waited for 25 minutes but no one called up. I again called up the customer care at 9:27pm and they made me wait for 22 minutes and after that was told to call some other time as they were unable to take the call.

                I m using tata sky service for 5 to 6 years. There are 5 tata sky connection in my family. I always have been apprised by tata sky employees saying that i m a valuable customer and making me fool on phone. I have never been given any offer till date. Now a days tata sky is the costliest than any other dth services. Tata sky have been frequently increasing my pack rate without informing me. Whereas, other providers having less rate for same pack and giving more channels. Tata sky is giving maximum most of the free relay channels on very high rate. Even other providers are relaying paid channels on free of cost for their oldest customer on every big events like ongoing football world cup. Can any one say that dd sports is a paid channel. I m unable to watch dd sports in my subscribed pack. The relay on dd sports channel is blocked and suggesting to subscribe the other paid channel costing 60 rupees per month by courting that this is order of supreme court. If there any order like this why don't display the reference of the order on screen and why dd sports showing the time based programme in the relay list. Even the tata sky employees are not giving me correct answer. Now i m fade up with tata sky and have decided to deactivate all the services and going to suggest others to do same. The big issue is that i had requested to deactivate my tata sky connection on 19 jun 18 at 1020pm and assured by customer care that my request has been forwarded to executives and i will gate a call from tata sky on this regard. Even after 8 days from him. When i called up to customer care mr jaydeep and asked about by request he replied that no request has been forwarded, i asked him to confirm who was on duty at the abid date and time he did not give me information. Again he told me that your request is now forwarded and will get a call by 30 jun 18. I have already lost my 8 days subscription money and again i have to wait for next 4 days for same. Now who will pay my loss. Will tata sky provider return my 12 days subscription fee or i should go to consumer forum with this issue. No one is replying my question,

                          My package due from 20.06.18. I want uninterrupted service, so I recharged my Tata Sky DTH with Dhamaal Mix & English Movie for 1 yr & Sony TEN 3 for 1 month on 18.06.2018 & paid Rs.4570/- at "Sankalp Electronics, Pune" vide recpt no 15890. But my Sony TEN 3 channel disabled on 25.06.18 without any reason. When I enquired Customer care, answer given as "Your charges cut against HD channels". But I never demanded or use or paid any amount against HD ch. No one answered me properly. The treatment was insulting. Why company harassed me by disconnecting my paid channel Sony TEN 3 ? Who is responsible for my mental loss & non watching World Cup Football matches ? This is nothing but Cheating under IPC 420. If the company receive money before starting the service, they must give prompt & correct service. I suffered a lot without my mistake.                             I asked for a reallocation service on saturaday, and i was promised it would be done same day hence recharge your dth in advance and it had expired. I did the same.
                            Didn’t received any call, next day agent calls and said he dont know anything about yesterday, it would be done today i. E sunday. I filed a complain with complain no. 15ul21pp. It didn’t got resolved on sunday as well. Got a call in monday morning saying it would be done by tuesday and started receiving msg stating my request has been cancelled. I complained again and was told it would be resolved by today itself. Againg in evening received msg that it has been reschudeled for wednesday. All this rescheduling has been done without my concent. Filled a complain again with complain no. 15wlgru4. I need a compentation for all these days as services are not utilized and you people have asked to recharge first. Also installation has not been done. Worst kind of servicing.

                            Reception of tata sky television broadcast is defective, picturse comes and goes. This is happening last two days. Now I have to see football matches. Since the reception is not proper I cannot see matches.

                              I had subscribed to the annual package on 15/06/2018 (Friday) with the assurance that the installation will happen by 17/06/2018 (Sunday). On monday (18/06/2018) the service team fixes the time for installation in the evening at 06:00 pm and nobody turns up. I had immediately informed the team and customer care about the issue and they assured that there was a lapse and we will install without fail in the next appointment itself. After this the appointment was given for 21/06/18 again at 06:10pm. Again nobody turned up and there were lot of 'sorry' from the customer care and tata sky representative named praveen.
                              Because of the lack of service and pathetic feedback from the concerned team, i had asked them cancel the connection and refund the amount. From that day i have been following up with customer care for update and each and every time i get different message from customer care. Some of them are;
                              1. Sir, we havent received any request
                              2. We have received your request, but we will need 72 hours to take action and our concerned back up team will contact.
                              3. The installation request couldnt be completed as my contact number was not reachable, where in i havent received any calls on the registered number and alternate number which i have given.
                              4. We have received your cancellation request, but you didnt give request for refund
                              5. The last one and shocking one, on 22nd june 2018, the refund request was cancelled in the system. Where in this was done without my consent.

                              What is all this? Tata sky has been fooling around by giving different nonsense reasons and as a customer i have been at the receiving end.

                                Today morning we have requested tata sky customer care to change our location as we have shifted from tilaknagar to damodar park yesterday only we have shifted to damodar park we got a confirmation msg from tata sky that ur appointment has been fixed for 3.00 pm then around 12.00 pm we got a confirmation msg that ur appointment has been cancelled, but we didn't cancelled then again i received msg that ur appointment has been rescheduled to 6.30 pm and a telephone call by telecaller aalia informing the same msg again around 5.30 we got a msg that ur appointment has been rescheduled by 7.30 pm and till now no one has came but a call came from rupali stating that this area is beyond her categorized area, kindly reinstall it today only as we are going out of station tomorrow morning and only in-law will be there at home both are senior citizens and their only source of entertainment is tv, m just requesting you to install it today and ask your executive/telecaalers to behave properly their area should not hamper customer service teach them this lesson.

                                  I have lodge an complaint to customer service, they confirmed that some will call me on next day, i received the call and was told that they will visit before 12.00 noon same day but no body turned up and when i inquired about it they told me that service was lined up for monday since next day was sunday, if they required new customer they send the person without any holiday, but when they have old customer they give this type of services. Why should this type of company given so much exposer when they cannot service them.

                                  no one contact till date, was told that some will visit on Monday that is today but again no one turned up instead got to know that they have rescheduled today appointment for 27 th, this is pathetic service this shows you are not efficient to service the people and should close you company instead of fooling us and looting people .

                                    We had a great hope on tata product when we swiped our card for tata sky.

                                    Now all our hopes and trust has fallen down..

                                    We requested for tata sky new connection. The representative of tata sky (Dealer: unisyn enterprises/quality application solutions pvt ltd) promised that we would get a new connection in 2 working days by swiping our card through paytm. But we have not received the connection even after 8 working days.

                                    Unfortunately it was only us, who followed up on a daily basis to know the status of the new connection. The dealer (Unisyn enterprises/quality application solutions pvt ltd) did not even have the courtesy to inform us on this delay.

                                    When inquired we heard that almost 30 connections were pending because of some issue. And it would again take 4-5 working days for installation. This makes us to suspect that tata dealer's are into money rotation.

                                    Now they say it would take another 12-15 days for cancellation. We feel so obsessed due to this.
