I am trying to work with tata sky for past 8 days for resolution of no signal problem. It all started from 1st Nov. when i called them first time then i opened three service requests. All are closed without attempting. Calling help desk is pathatic they only know one answer that is it wll be resolved in 2 hours which never happens. Now they are even disconnecting phone as soon as they see my number. They have even put on charge for service visit which never happened. Once their technician came in and said to return in 2hours with sr. Technician. Which also never happened. This have been horrible experience in last 8 days. I used to respect Ratan Tata as a visionary but this kind of customer service experience have washed that, now i am even considering to surender other tata services. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving the signal issue you are facing immediately.
