We hav complained thrice to tata sky customer care. But they didn't take it as serious issue. We are unable to watch tatasky connection since last 3 days.they didn't send technicians to rectify the problem. Yesterday I received s msg that I would get a call from technician in next 2 hrs.but I couldn't get any calls. Pls take necessary steps.our subscriber id-[protected]

    Activate unnecessary pack & dedecting blance form ac these is a kind of cheating customer care mein call karo to bolte hain ki sir aap ko hamari taraf se phone gaya tha aur aap se baat huyi thi. jab baat ki recording mangte hain to wahan se bolte hain sir wo hamare paas nahi hai uske liye aapko mail karna padega. main ye puchhna chahta hun in choro se ki bhai aap bhi jab aap ne customer ko call kiya aur active bhi kiya jab customer aap ke pass ata hai to phir uska solution kyun nahi dete mail kyun karne ke liye bolte ho... bahi aur last mein TATA Company ko free ka suggetion dunga Chori karne se achha bhikh mangna h better hoga ki bhikh mango liya karo customer se...

      I had deactivated the Tata Sky connection (ID [protected]) as I was going onsite. After I came back tried to get it activated but customer care told me that it has gone to written off status. It happens if someone don't activate within 90 days period. I don't understand why they are not making it active now... What is the logic for not activating. 1 backoffice person suggested to take new connection as they cannot activate it now. I spend around 8000 Rs on Tata Sky HD + set top box. Customer care created new ID ([protected]) which is registered with my mobile number but is pending for activation since 12 days now. As suggested I have recharged the new ID with 200 Rs. I am following up with customer care and called more than 20-25 times but no solution. Every time I have to repeat same issue to different person or their senior. I am very much disappointed to see such a reckless behaviour of Tata company. Though I work for Tata Group company and hence considering Tata product first as a group loyalty. I will definitely think next time while buying any Tata product.

        I want this letter to be read or attended by Ratan Tata personal Staff and convey this to Sri Ratan Tata.

        The Legacy and Trust of Tata's is Dying.
        I am Hemant Mistry. My Mobile number is [protected].I have a Tata Sky Service at Home.I have been getting no signal in some of the channels. When tried contacting customer care number, It took three days to get them on line and to my surprise they are least bother to resolve the issue and instead intersting in earning Rs170/-as service charges. Its seem that Staff is paid commission on this service charges or staffs run a syndicate with local service provider to earn money in illegal ways.. Tatasky is getting worse day by day. They do not even bother to resolve any issue. Company seems to earn revenue through illegal and unethical means. The customers EXPECT better standard of business dealing in keeping with TATA name it has been a disgussing experience.

          #1 But, As per today we are receieving a notice from Tata Sky as
          "Recharge due date : 10 Nov 2015 "

          Customer service employees need to undergo basic customer interaction training. Seems as if they have employed thugs and goons from the locality who speaks only hindi irrespective of the language you chose. I have no issue, in fact I'd love to talk in hindi, but not in the north Indian slang. Since the voice quality from their end was very poor I had to insist the executive to repeat certain sentences again, which made him "angry". A star would mean I'd given it a thought as to what rating should I give them for this, so NO RATING!

              I am also following up with Tata Sky customer care but nobody at helpline cares about the consume problem.
              I have same issue as written off status for my set top box .
              1 back office person suggested to take new connection as they cannot activate it now.
              Customer care created new ID which is registered with my mobile number but is pending for activation since 12 days now.
              I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you with installation and activating your service immediately.

                I registered 'No Signal' error. They transfered their complaint to service provider in local area. the person said my LNB is gone. it requires change. He asked for 375. I paid him. But then on net I search for the cost of LNB. IT was showing around 150. I called their call center. Their call center told me it cost 150 only. Then I got recharge of Rs 375 and then deducted 170 for service, 100 for LNB and 200 for relocation (which I didn;t got done). So how the vendor tried to earn his profit by making one more complaint solved which I didn't register even. No paper work was there. Tatasky innocent employee's didn't think and detected 200 and 170 for one complaint only. A sharp person would think if I am relocation charge 200 than I shouldn't charge for 170. But Tatasky didn't. They charge overdue and deactivated my service for couple of days. And still they are not able to solve. Similar incident happened earlier, just few days back. I was having 'No signal' error. person from vendor came and solve it. Within just 3 days I was again having signal error. Their is 7-days warrantee. I called Tatasky call center. They said we can free visit (as it under 7-days warranty). but the vendor called me and said do you want this service. If I my person will need to come at your home I will charge any how. So I cancelled. Tatasky call center agained call me and said why you want to cancelled your complaint. Get it done it is free but final decision of charges will be taken by vendor. I told him final decisions are in the hand of vendor. Leave it because he has already told me that I will be charged.
                This is very common with Tata Sky. Exactly same happened with me. After fighting a lot I got my money back. They are having goons by the name of local service provider.

                  Tatasky is getting worse day by day. They do not even bother to resolve any issue. Now my neighbours signal was not working and the service guy came and blindly open my dish instrument without asking me. When noticed and asked, the guy just fitted it roughly and left and now when my dish is not getting any signal after the guy has opened it and i called up tata sky to complaint, they send a service guy and without informing anything, they deducted 170 rs from my balance saying its the service charge. Who has authorised you people to deduct the amount without my permission? Is it my problem if your service guys are blindly openings anyone's dish for a neighbours problem and then fixing it roughly and leaving the place as if nothing ever happened? I will have to move to the consumer court if i am not getting the deducted amount back into my balance.                     I am trying to work with tata sky for past 8 days for resolution of no signal problem. It all started from 31st Oct. when i called them first time then i opened 2 service requests. All are closed without attempting. Tata sky installer came to my house on sat.[protected] evening 6:00pm after calling again and again to helpdesk. He told us to change the setup box, as old setup box is not working, but after switing to new setup box problem remains the same, now tata sky has charged 520/- for new setup box installation. I am getting tat sky set up completed messages. How can tata sky justified the amount if the problem from old box and new box are same. Till date my problem is un-resolved.

                      They replaced my box with a old second hand repaired one and also charged me Rs 575. It means repairing the box will always cost 575 irrespective of how small the problem with the box was. They don't even tell us what was wrong with the box and their service report also never mentioned anything. They dont even provide a receipt of service. Its a money making scheme wherein they tell you ur box is not working take another one for 575. Why cant they repair my own box and charge accordingly.

                          Tata sky has activated active vedic maths without my permission. In my house no one has requested for this service. Now due to this my account recharge is deducting daily by 6 rs. I have called the customer care helpline numbers like for 10 times. But the computer generated call keeps on repeating the same thing. I am unable to get my call transferred to any customer care executive. Earlier also they have done the same thing. I suggest some serious actions against them. The service is very poor.                             One of our Sai Anand Soc. member Shri Ashok Jadhav esteemed Tatasky a/c. holder ID No. [protected] had lodged a complaint recently on helpline no., due to NO SIGNAL on settop box, your Tatasky (Junior) engineer had visited our soc. attended at his house he found connection is OK, Settop box is OK ! checked common connection in the Staircase, he could not found fault ?? then he visited at our Terrace where you have installed COMMON ANTENA,
                            While working suddenly ALL TATASKY CONNECTION WERE DISCONNECTED since afternoon.
                            Your technician left . He informed us that he will send the SENIOR TECHNICIAN will come . Till yet no Senior Technician had come to attend major complaint ???
                            Due to inconvenience all our Senior Citizens are frustrated?, we are unable to see the programmes in DIWALI.

                            *P.S. IN THANE (EAST) When Tatasky was introduced newly our SAI ANAND CHS is first client where we had allowed you to install "COMMON ANTINA"
                            Kindly arrange to send your SENIOR TECHNICIAN to attend our complaint on top priority. .
                            NOTE:- Pls note that in our Society "COMMON TATASKY ANTINA" installed by you. So pls check that there'll be no any kind of charges to deducted from our TATASKY A/C.
                            We hope you'll do the needful. Also take this matter seriously, on top priority unable to spoil TATASKY image.

                              I got a call from Tata sky customer care executive on 07/11/15 . I listen only that he told am from Tata sky to listen this i cut my phone because I was very busy that time in next 1 hour he put music plane on my Tata sky account without permission they subscribe music pack on my account.

                                in spite of several requests to disconnect unwanted connections arbitrarily given, the company has not acted upon. i am forced to pay excess chargesthe company seems to earn revenue through illegal and unethical means. The customers EXPECT better standa rd of business dealing in keeping with TATA name it has been a disgussing experience

                                      My Tata Sky connection TV was not working on october 15th due to some problem & they were not taking any initiative so i got problem rectified through outside source as per e mail to tata sky office on 15th, 18th&19TH OCTOBER.yOUR SERVICE CENTER charged Rs 170/- without my consent/Techanician work.Kindly refer your servie norms & refund me the amount wrongly charged.
