I am trying to work with tata sky for past 8 days for resolution of no signal problem. It all started from 1st Nov. when i called them first time then i opened three service requests. All are closed without attempting. Calling help desk is pathatic they only know one answer that is it wll be resolved in 2 hours which never happens. Now they are even disconnecting phone as soon as they see my number. They have even put on charge for service...

I got a call from Tata sky customer care executive on 07/11/15 . I listen only that he told am from Tata sky to listen this i cut my phone because I was very busy that time in next 1 hour he put music plane on my Tata sky account without permission they subscribe music pack on my account....

in spite of several requests to disconnect unwanted connections arbitrarily given, the company has not acted upon. i am forced to pay excess chargesthe company seems to earn revenue through illegal and unethical means. The customers EXPECT better standa rd of business dealing in keeping with TATA name it has been a disgussing experience

Friends please do not opt for Tata sky DTH service, horrible service, rogues are working in this company. While taking money they are very punctual and sincere, but when problem comes they are rogues, they charge unnecessarily from you account without notifying you. They are criminals.

From the past one year I had to change my set up box 5 times. There is no one in tata sky to take the complaint. Every time they send a technician to replace the box without giving us any details. I have just become the secretary of our Housing Society Namely Sadhana CHS located at Peddar Road. We did survey of the building and realized that TATA SKY installed a common Dish antenna without the permission of the society and is providing illegal connections to members.
