I had called up Tata Sky customer care for calling technician to my place as Tata Sky remote is not working.After a 7 min hold time I'm told by the executive whose name I do not recall that their system is not working so she can't help me in any way & I have to call back after sometime.This shows really low service standards of Tata sky.I[censored] value your customer's hold time to contact you u can never give a reply like that.I have worked at a front end operations of a bank & whenever our systems were down v wud manually note down the requests & log them in when the systems started working or we would note down the customer's no & would call him/her to take their requests when systems were up.How can u assume that customer has lot of time & expect him/her to call back as many times as needed due to an internal system failure at your end? Instead of requesting her to take down my request manually or asking her to call me back when the system is up she said it was not possible.On telling her I will then have to write a complaint her audacity was such that she said ' your wish'.My registered mob no is [protected].I had placed a call today around 11 55 am.After 11 mins her system was up & my request was taken.Please train your executives to provide better service as it reflects very badly on Tata Sky as a brand to give such replies to customers.Also you need to provide on your website an email I'd for customers to raise complaints.
