Hi, My connection Subscriber ID : [protected] has been wrongfully charged with charges of Rs. 75. I am very disappointed with your services. I have purchased a new connection of Tata Sky, during the installation time, it took total 32 meter cable, but I was charged incorrectly 40 meter cable. as per communication with customer care 10 meter cable is along with new connection after that charges of 16-25 meter cable should be 125Rs. so I should be charged of 22 meter cable which is 125Rs. but you guys charged total 200 Rs. which is incorrect so you guys chage me extra 75Rs. and they did not confirm with me length of cable, total used wire is 32 meter however you charged of 40 meter wire. when I discuss with customer I did not get any positive response and I also had a word with backend team but without any logical explanation they told "Charges sahi hai", but I was not satisfied with there logic. I am very disappointed with your service, I will not suggest to anyone to purchase "Tata Sky". there are many other options are available in market, I will suggest them to go with Airel or Videocon. please look into this and help me.     My real account no is [protected] and i called custmer care to charge on this for rs 13900/- but due to mistake by your customer care executive, it was charged on my old account 1089432 was again to recharge on my orignal account [protected] which i did but i was promised that the amount recharged by mistake of your executive on account [protected] shall be refunded back to my credit card but till now nothing has happened.

    Whenever i call up tata sky, they put my call on hold and nothing happens. I have called many times but nothing happens, i have been cheated of rs 13900/- by you and if my amount is not credited back, i shall take you to court as you are cheaters frauding people. You made me pay rs 27000/- and dont respond. This is mental agony and cheating. Please rectify as i have all voice recordings plus credit card comapny proof. Please refund or i shall ask for damages along with my money due from a stupid comapny like you.

      My name is Rajneesh and I am using tata sky sice 3 yrs.It was pleasant experience with tata sky for 2and half year.but from these 6 month I am 2 nd time facing pathetic service and breach of trust from this company.in month of july I transferd to pune, after relocation request around 6-10 has taken to complete my relocation and when I ask for these period my subscription loss...answer was..."SORRY SIR WE CANT HELP YOU OUT..SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE"..that time I left the issue... but now its BLUNDER I have recharge my TATA sky on 14 nov and after this some technical error was appearing on my setupbox.i complained to customer care for the same ...its been 3 time I have called then and ask for status, but till now it has not been resolved...now today I got msg that mt subscription is going to expaire...what about my last one month subscription amount?????????????? One side they are not fulfill customer need and We the customer are sufferer...why??????? I need my tata sky subscription of this duration is back and technical error should be resolved..         My connection Subscriber ID : [protected] has been wrongfully charged with charges of Rs. 170 when I was told categorically that they would be no charges if the issue is not in hardware. Also, the channels were coming but they took the charge for improving the signal strength something they hadn't done initially. No, charges were mentioned anywhere and today I see a deduction of Rs. 170 in my account. Moreso, TATA SKY customer care is behaving rudely and just saying that charge to lagega, charge to lagega without any logical expanation. They area also saying that aur payment kijiye phi ham dekte hai. I also asked her if I can see where tht is mentioneed...

                From around a week, all channels that I've subscribed to are not showing properly. Every time I turn a channel on, the video/audio isn't displayed correctly, its getting stuck in the middle and its very VERY annoying!! Please do something about this as quickly as you can.

                    This is in regards to the Tata Sky connection we have with subscriber Id [protected], in name of Rupinder Sharma. Since last few days we are not getting a few channels(few Hindi movie channels, all the English Movie Channels, few News Channels, few Music channels etc). We tried contacting the customer care no and the response we got was very weird we were informed that the issue must be either from the set top box or the dish antennae and not from the company's end so to resolve the issue they would send an installation engineer and get the issue resolved however a charge of Rs 170 will imply. When asked that why should we pay for the visit when it is not our fault and how is it possible that we are able to view a few channels and not all due to fault in set top box or dish antennae.There was no satisfactory answer given rather the representative as well as the supervisor was very rude in replying to the queries raised. When asked for a manager the Sr representative/ supervisor transferred the call back to a representative after placing the call on hold for more than 3 mins and then again I had to wait for another Team Leader to come online when this Team Leader came over the phone she disconnected the call without even listening to the concern. I was also informed by the representative that as the warranty is over so we would have to pay for the visit be it whatever even if it is not our fault. Is this the type of valued customer service you provide by being rude to the customers and disconnecting the calls without giving a satisfactory resolution to the customer. My concern is still not resolved and I am not ready to pay for the engineers visit when there is no fault of ours. either get the issue solved or we would switch the DTH subscriber post this month. Also, my complaint number was not forwarded to me by message or mail but asked to note it down that too when I asked it to be shared. So, much for "Digital India". Request you to settle this and disconnect my connection ASAP. I donot want to be a tatasky customer henceforth.

                          I had called up Tata Sky customer care for calling technician to my place as Tata Sky remote is not working.After a 7 min hold time I'm told by the executive whose name I do not recall that their system is not working so she can't help me in any way & I have to call back after sometime.This shows really low service standards of Tata sky.I[censored] value your customer's hold time to contact you u can never give a reply like that.I have worked at...

                          I am bringing to your attention that this is Vijay Kumar from chennai. Since 15 days I was not able to see the Tata Sky due to bad signals. Since 10 days i was keep on calling the customer care, Even though they didn't pick my call and the lines were busy. it has always taken more than 10 mins to reach the customer care representative, Finally i cut the call to save my money. In the last three days i tried to calling again and at the end there was a message press 1 and my customer care representative will contact you with in 24 hours time. But I didn't get call from them. First of all the Tata sky service is the worst i never ever faced with anyother service. I was fed-up with tata sky network and planning to change from tata sky to videocon as per my friends and neighbor hood people suggestions. As an example one of my friend Venkatesh Govindaraj has changed his tata sky to videocon. Please look in to this matter. Regards, Vijay.

                              The set top box hd, which was defective has been replaced on 09/12/2015 with a new one and is working well. I was asked to sign for receipt and no bill was given to cover service charges. However i saw a display on the tv screen that we have to pay the service charges immediately for tv viewing. No amount is mentioned. I would have paid the amount if a bill had accompanied at the time of replacement. Such sudden remarks on the screen is objectionable. We are using tatasky since it was introduced years back. Kindly reconcile the payment for viewing without interruption. The recharge is due only in october 2016. (id [protected]). I am unable to view tata sky for last 3 weeks and i have been following up with your customer care almost 10 times to resolve the issue. But till Now no response from any one. I have been paying the fees to tata sky without even viewing for last 1 month. Its really sad such a big organization, is cheating the public in a cheap manner. Hope i will get a response to this post, with a resolution.

                                  I am using Tatasky since last 5 / 6 years with two STBs, one with recorder & other normal HD STB. In Sept/Oct 2015 the recorder STB was not getting on. They changed it in Oct 15 and charged Rs.350/-. In No/Dec 15 the new STB stops recording. Now they again changed the STB and charging Rs.700/-. Now they are telling that the new STB was with one month guarantee only. I was never asked whether I want to change the STB or not. I had sent two requests with no. SR[protected] and SR[protected] on 9th Dec and 11th Dec but those requests were closed without any solution.
