The set top box hd, which was defective has been replaced on 09/12/2015 with a new one and is working well. I was asked to sign for receipt and no bill was given to cover service charges. Hi, My subscriber id is [protected]. I am unable to view tata sky for last 3 weeks and i have been following up with your customer care almost 10 times to resolve the issue. But till Now no response from any one. I have been paying the fees to tata sky without even viewing for last 1 month. Its really sad such a big organization, is cheating the public in a cheap manner. I am using Tatasky since last 5 / 6 years with two STBs, one with recorder & other normal HD STB. In Sept/Oct 2015 the recorder STB was not getting on. They changed it in Oct 15 and charged Rs.350/-. When I call customer care to remove it... it keeps saying it will take 3 or 4 minutes, please stay in queue and never connects me to the customer care executive. Installation scheduled on 6th Dec'15 for WO; LJWY0GP: between 2pm to 3pm. No bdoy called up or attended. My entire SUnday is wasted. THis is second time happened.
