My connection Subscriber ID : [protected] has been wrongfully charged with charges of Rs. 75. I am very disappointed with your services.
I have purchased a new connection of Tata Sky, during the installation time, it took total 32 meter cable, but I was charged incorrectly 40 meter cable.
as per communication with customer care 10 meter cable is along with new connection after that charges of 16-25 meter cable should be 125Rs. so I should be charged of 22 meter cable which is 125Rs. but you guys charged total 200 Rs. which is incorrect so you guys chage me extra 75Rs.
and they did not confirm with me length of cable, total used wire is 32 meter however you charged of 40 meter wire.
when I discuss with customer I did not get any positive response and I also had a word with backend team but without any logical explanation they told "Charges sahi hai", but I was not satisfied with there logic.
I am very disappointed with your service, I will not suggest to anyone to purchase "Tata Sky". there are many other options are available in market, I will suggest them to go with Airel or Videocon.
please look into this and help me.
