Tata Sky — Deduction of money from my account

Tata Sky started charging my account [protected] from September 2021 INR 149 towards their Binge Services for mobile which I have never used. I have found this deduction in October 2021 and reported the same to Tata Sky call center on 22 October 2021. They informed me that the amount whichever has been deducted cannot be refunded but no more charges will be deducted and the Binge service is deactivated from my account. Again I found that on 22 November 2021 they have charged me INR 149 against the Binge service. I put a complain again on 23 November 2021 and got the same answer that they would not refund the charged amount. I instructed them to disconnect all my Tata Sky services and refund the balance amount in my account. They agreed that and told within two weeks I would get my refunds. Since then I am following up and they are coming up with different statements, they told the hardware are to be returned as those are leased, whereas I am sure that I have purchased those hardware online from the Tata Sky site. Anyhow after several follow up they took the hardware on 18 January 2022 and refund my amount on 25 January 2022. And to my astonish they have again cut INR 149 towards the same service on 22 January 2022. The account was deactivated from 23 November 2021 then how can I use a service and how can they charge me for that. I need my money back that they have wrongly charged me for INR 596 from September 2021 to till date and also they should pay me back the deposited money that they have took from me towards lease of their equipment. Please find below all mail communication from 16 December 2021 on this. before that the communication were through phone to their call center.

My concern has not been addressed, no refund has been made of the extra charges and also no refund has been made for the hardware return. I have neither received any clarification nor received the refund of INR 596. This is frustrating.
