Sir, Greetings...
I made online payment of Rs, 2, 989/- on 26.01.2022 toward NEW TataSky Subscription vide Transaction ID [protected]. After making successful payment, the Screen did not move further to Subscription page and NO Subscription ID was created. When customer care was contacted, they ask for Subscriber ID (which was NOT created at all).
Kindly look into the same and do the needful
