          On the screen, it was displayed to scan the QR from any BharatQR enabled mobile app and I did the same with google pay but the recharge was not done and the money got debited from my account.

            My Tata sky binge plus set top box restarts on its own anytime like i am watching a movie or a program on live channel or app and it restarts the box and keep on restarting every 5 minutes.. This problem use to occur 10 to 15 times in a month.. I am satisfied with the tatasky box but this restarting problem is changing my mind.. I formatted the box no. Of times but this problem is not disappearing...

              Sir, Greetings...
              I made online payment of Rs, 2, 989/- on 26.01.2022 toward NEW TataSky Subscription vide Transaction ID [protected]. After making successful payment, the Screen did not move further to Subscription page and NO Subscription ID was created. When customer care was contacted, they ask for Subscriber ID (which was NOT created at all).
              Kindly look into the same and do the needful

                Deduction of money from my account

                Tata Sky started charging my account [protected] from September 2021 INR 149 towards their Binge Services for mobile which I have never used. I have found this deduction in October 2021 and reported the same to Tata Sky call center on 22 October 2021.                 Frequently repeated Tata Sky (Play) advertisement . Yours advertisement so mich irritating peoples.

                  On 26 Jan, 2022, I made a payment of Rs.305 for my tatasky account recharge via phonepe billdesk but I have not got any recharge. The payment on phonepe says successful and amount is deducted from my bank account. I want the refund of my amount.

                        My Tata Sky set up box stopped function and we were asked to upgrade to Tata Sky Binge+. The actual cost of the device is Rs. 1999/-. But my parents were charged Rs. 4000/- under the pretext that the device actually costs Rs. 9000/- and the service technician also told my dad to not tell Tata Sky about this Rs. 4000/- and the service technician did not even give us a receipt. When I heard this from my parents, I immediately logged in a complaint. After receiving the service technician immediately changed his story and said that the additional Rs. 2000 was for recharge. So, we never got the 2000 back as cash but we got it in recharge. I was ok with leaving this ordeal there and making my piece with it but today I find out that the channel package has been changed without my consent and we have been moved to an expensive package which means that the 2000 recharge in my account will be consumed faster. I have never seen such crooks in a professional organization. This entire episode has tested my patience and increase my blood pressure.
                        I would like my original extra 2000/- in cash back to me as a resolution. There is no other way of making this right.

                          Even my DND services are active, I daily receive n number of calls from TATA Sky regarding the offers and other marketing purposes.
                          They keep calling me again n again if I dont receive the phone.
                          I dont want these marketing phone calls.

                              In the Tata sky app, if we are making payment through a credit or debit card there is an option that saves the card for future uses. But once it is saved there is no option to remove those stored cards in the app or in the website. When I contacted the customer care service they themselves told that there is no option to remove any saved card and kept insisting me to contact the bank. It’s well within my rights to choose whether a card should be saved or not.
                              As per the newer RBI Guidelines, no merchant has the right to store the card details of the customer.

                              I have also same problem to remove save cards and everytime they suggested new procedures to remove cards, but it's not worked and make us fool. Now I am going to complain to RBI as it's my right.
                              Customer satisfaction ratio is showing that they are not interested to solve complaints.

                                I recharged my tatasky account on (16/01/2022) via Google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but has not been credited to my tatasky account and my account will be deactivated tonight (20/01/2022).                                   My subscriber Id is [protected] but mistakenly I have recharged on [protected] on 17/01/22 for rs. 284/-.
                                  The subscriber bid does not exist still the recharge was successful and Amazon has confirmed that they have paid amount to tata sky. Now tata sky is denying about the same. If subscriber I'd does not exist the tata sky should fail transaction. Please help me getting refund

                                      Hi,
                                      I am getting almost 10 calls per day marketing call from taka on my mobile.
                                      Everytime they register my complain for do not distrib with then, they register complain but nothing happens. Again n again i am getting marketing tatasky.
                                      Could you please please help me how to stop them.
                                      One more thing they are calling me from landline[protected]. It won't start from +911 too is it legal to call from landline for marketing purpose?
