[Resolved] Tata Sky — denial of service of channels I have subscribed | |||
Last night, after a tour i returned and switched my tv to see asianet news channel at 1811. I was advised to send sms opting this channel. I did so to get a reply that i have already subscribed to this channel. This is true because the amount i paid in february has the package including this channel. I again tried and got the same answer. I got the same problem when i tried to access other channels i had subscribed and got the same result. I don't understand why the service is denied when i have already subscribed the channel. The whole thing is so ridiculous. This morning i got into more problems as only one light of the set box was burning when i switched on the tv. I would like to get these problems rectified soon as i am missing a lot of importance news and other programmes. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had also complained through Tata Sky website giving an ultimatum of two days which expires just now.
I have not been able to access any channel since 5th February.
I will be on tour from 15th to 21st. If the problem is not solved by 15th afternoon, I shall disconnect your service and subscribe to another DTH. You can collect your equipment on 22nd or after.
