Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are the Residents of Garden Mansion Apartments Kodihalli, Old Airport Road, Bangalore-560008.
This is to bring to your kind notice that the service providers who come to our building to give connections For Tata Sky Digital/Dish - Tata Play are just throwing cable wires on the terrace floor in connecting the dishes to their customers living in the building and are connecting other buildings through our terrace without taking permission from us.We have been repeatedly requesting them not to do so but they do not listen.The end result is that our terrace is flooded with cable wires.
We are not able to use the terrace thanks to all the cable wires floating all over the place and its become increasingly difficult for People who go to take a walk on the terrace and most residents in our building are Aged.
It is so dangerous to lay cable-wires on the terrace floor as during rains some one can get short circuited and you are putting our life at stake which is not fair.
Please kindly look into this matter at the earliest or provide us the contact of the Manager TataSky Dish /Tata Play who will look into this matter and help resolve this failing which you will be forcing us to knock the doors of the higher authorities.
An early reply/action from the company would be appreciated.
