[Resolved]  Tata Sky — dropping of english entertainment pack before annual period - id [protected]

The tatasky,
Have become notorious for dropping certain pack before the expiry of annual period. My customer id is [protected].

I had paid rs. 10, 615/- for one year subscription (Rs. 5060/- for metro pack, rs. 880/- for english entertainment pack, rs.1925/- for hd, rs. 2750/- for second connection) on 08.01.2018 for 16.01.2018 to 15.01.2019 but from 17.11.2018, they have disconnected the english entertainment pack saying i have paid less amount.

They had sent me the email giving the total breakup of charges on 04.01.2018 (I am keeping the email sent by one mr. Saleem) when i paid for renewal on 08.01.2018, even then they say rates have increased in between, which they have never informed me.

Every one should boycot this tatasky and shift to dish tv or airtel.

They keep saying my issue will be takenup at higher lever, but these rogue call centre guys keep calling without giving the numbers of higher authorities these # should be kicked on their # when they come out of call centres.
