Recently I switched from Airtel HD. Since from 1st day I got cheated from your customer care executives... They said in 330rupees I can see all the HD channels. Foto to one month free I seen all the channels... When 1st recharge they are asking me to recharge 790 rupees to see the channels.

Now from past few days signal receiving problem. Already complaint in customer care they reset my set box...

harassment by tata sky employees

Due to unprofessional behaviour by tata sky technicians (They refused to relocate my tv dish on 31-oct-2018) and subsequent re-scheduling and no technician showing up on the provided appointment dates, i had asked tata sky to cancel my account and refund my balance. Tata sky has done neither, and representatives keep calling and emailing asking me "if you wish to cancel your account", despite me clearly detailing the request for cancellation...

Bought a 4k hd new connection online by paying rs 6000. Within two days a dealer calls to cancel and book a new connection as this product doesn't exist. I made several calls to cancel and process and my refund. Untrained parrots at call centre never helped me and continued to loop be around. It's sickening how this company operates. Need my money back. It's almost more than six weeks....

pairing error - poor service

Tatasky subscriber id : [protected]. Since last two months tatasky connection is showing pairing error (nds and digicard) (14). Tried speaking to customer care and they have no clue why this problem has occured. All their reply is to send technician home. The address they have in database is quite different from what I have filled in registration and given in KYC. First they want to do address correction process and post which they will send...

Sir, i am having tatasky dth box since 9 years. Right from the beginning the tatasky collected money for not channels not watched. Now they stopped espn channel without informing the consumer and simply taking money form the subscribers. When i asked about the channel they said we are sorting out the matter. But till date they have done noting in that matter since two months.

package problem

My id is [protected]. I reacharged my i'd for 02 tv sets on 13 mar 18 for 01 year @ 8100. The same was done after due consultation with your rep and informed to helpline subsequently. Now on 03 nov 18 my 01 tv is not working and i m being informed that balance is insufficient. Though i recharged for 01 year for both tvs. It is being informed that my second tv was not included in the pack. This is being done due to lack of service at your end....
