[Resolved] Tata Sky — Dvb ssu loader update

It is showing from last 2.5 hours software updating and restarts from 0% from every 63%. Tata sky officials on helpline number are also not providing helpful reply. Even after several restarts it is not working. Its 3rd time in this 2020 year. Each time we have to give the technician visiting charges as well. My set up box id [protected]. Regd mob.no.
