Tata Sky — Excess billing

Our regular subscription amount is
Rs 322 but suddenly we got to know that our Subscription for the Month of April 2025 is 521 and we have contacted the customer care and asked about this increase of Ra.199 and they said we have activated TATA Binge app and subscribed but we haven't subscribed because we havent downloaded the App so far and they told me that to cancel this excess subscription we need to download this App and we did on 5th April to deactivate this subscription.
But they told me that it was activated on March and we didn't activate this app and subscribed.
Inspite of complain both Oral and written by email they are repeating the same answer.
We haven't used the service pack since we are not aware of this excess pack got activated without our knowledge.
Now we have to pay the excess amount of Rs.199.
We find this s new kind of scams and anyone can imagine that how many people suffered of this excess Billing and no one is ready to provide the Remedy
Finally we have to complain with the TRAI to get the remedy
