[Resolved]  Tata Sky — extra charge for set top box replacement

Ref complain no 135acgll dt 13.2.18.
I m told that set top box is at fault for interrption in the picture quality. Hence i need to change non hd set top box with hd set top for rs 1200/-excluding charge of rs 300/-for address change and visit charge.
I paid rs 1200/- cash for new set top box and remote. I m told remaining rs 300/- will be automatically deducted fm my tatasky recharge account. He refused to give me any warranty paper & receipt of rs 1200/- for set top box.
I handed over old set top box and remote to him as desired by him (Mr sanjay)
As i was not comfortable later i rang up customer care to know cost of hdset top box, i m told i should have paid rs 500/- only for the same.
I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

I sumit gupta having sub id [protected] have got new tata dth connection before one month, but after one month remote show technical fault.
tata sky mechanic have taken my old remote with him and provided new remote
tata sky charged online rs. 200 for remote covered under warranty up to year 2022.
even tata sky mecnanic had taken my old remote with him and charged rs. 200.
which is very unethical and unlawfully for such reputed company.
even after several calls mails, tata sky fails to reverse charges levied wrongly in my account
