I recharged my [protected] with paytm for 597 for 3 month sub but its not updated and when i call ur useless cc the gave me useless information and the discontented my call i need my account should be updated imdtly with out any delay we have lot work to do we can not keep runing behind this we wacth tv for just time pass he do not get peace of time and mind we do not need ur service we do not we ur network i need my problem should be done imdtly

    I have made a payment of 555 on my account on jan 19th and hardly accessed for a week.
    Since almost a month i don't have access to any channels and have been trying to reach out to the customer case number multiple times but no use.
    My call was disconnected twice by the agents over the call, and each time it took me over 30mins just to get connected with the agent.

      I have recharged my tatasky account [protected] during Oct-2017 for the amount of 300 from ICICI Pockets wallet. Amount got deducted but it was not added to my tatasky account. When i contacted tata sky merchant, they told to wait for some days and if not credited, then amount will be refunded.
      I waited more than a month but i did not get the cash back.
      Then I contacted the ICICI bank and they confirmed that the amount 300 has already been credited to Tatasky Merchant successfully. With reference id and payment gateway id as below:

      Transaction Reference:[protected]
      Payment Gateway Reference: AXMV[protected]

      And I got official confirmation email from Bank already stating that the amount has been credited to Tatasky merchant Bank Account for the given transaction id.

      I have escalated this to Tatasky Nodal desk so many times for last 1 month, but there are no proper updates. The issue is not yet resolved. I have raised n number of requests in Nodal Desk but there is no proper response.
      I want my money to be recharged against my Tatasky account or as a refund to my ICICI Pockets.

      Please help to expedite the request.

        I have been enjoying tatasky services as a premium customer for close to 10 year's now and have never faced any issue with the service.

        Last weekend, 5th february 2018 i relocated to a new residence within bangalore city. Subsequently, i have called customer care and requested for reinstallation at my new premises. Within a couple of hours, i received a call from their local service team, they let me know the service cannot be completed as there was a lco (Local cable operator) issue in the area. Upon questioning further i got to know from the person that there were 15 to 20 service requests that we're pending because of lco issue. And, i was told the service cannot be provided. I have then logged a complaint for the same with customer care.

        I have been calling customer care on a regular basis to find out the status of the complaints and the status of the reinstallation request. Everytime, i have called customer care i have been assured that the service will be provided but even after 10 days i don't see anything being done. Interestingly, all the tickets that we're logged have been closed without keeping me posted. And, i did not receive email or sms about these complaints.

        After repeated calls to the customer care, they (Customer care) arranged for installation at my new premises by a freelancer (Not part of tatasky) and he called me and informed me that he can perform the installation at my premises but he would charge me for the same. Being a premium customer i have enjoyed the privilege of not having to pay for re-installation, except for if there were any material cost. So, i denied the freelancer and questioned the customer care about why a freelancer was arranged for the installation and why i should pay him.

        On top, i received a call from the backend team in pune and when i explained the issue to the executive she asked me to get the installation done on my own and then call the customer care to inform them about the address change. This is what is expected from the customer??

        I received a call from the complaint resolution team yesterday, they assured that the issue will be resolved but nothing has happened. Today, unwillingly i have decided to cancel my subscription.

        If there is a threat to technicians performing service in any location within the country, should they not go to the police?? Why cause trouble by not providing services at all?

        I have approached another dth provider and they too have expressed lco issue but assured me that they'll perform installation at my premises.in which case, why tatasky cannot provide me this assurance?? Why another dth provider can do the job and not tatasky? Also, i have seen almost all dth subscribers in my new premises.

        I got a call from the retention team this evening and have asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. Also, i have received a call from the complaint resolution team this evening (Phone number[protected], they have verified that the service cannot be provided at my new premises because of lco issues.

          My registerd account no with tata sky is [protected]
          I recharged account by payinf 7150 rs by net banking through axisbank dated 25 jan 2018.
          My account is not shoing the balance. On contating with you many times no accurate answar i am getting. Where are my money?.
          12 days back your office said that server iwas down so we will your money back to your axisbank account. Even after20 days you have not send money back. So look into metter & do needful urgently.

            extra charge for set top box replacement

            Ref complain no 135acgll dt 13.2.18.
            I m told that set top box is at fault for interrption in the picture quality. Hence i need to change non hd set top box with hd set top for rs 1200/-excluding charge of rs 300/-for address change and visit charge.
            I paid rs 1200/- cash for new set top box and remote. I m told remaining rs 300/- will be automatically deducted fm my tatasky recharge account. He refused to give me any warranty...

            I was unable to watch the T.V then I lodged the complaint. A technician visited to my home and changed Set Top Box also charged 600 Rs . From that time there was pairing error and around 10 days I was unable to watch the TV. Then I shifted my TATA Sky Connection to another place, They charged 200 Rs. Removing charges then 300 Rs. + Approx 450 Rs cash for change antenna. Still I was unable to watch the T.V . Now since 7 days I am unable to watch DTH, So they have charged so high amount. Also I was tired to recharge huge amount and cash payment. Also they are charging when I am unable to watch the channels sinch approx 1 month. Still they demanding technician charge Rs. 250 to visit at home. I complaint you to kindly Refund all the recharge amount and cash paid to Tata Sky.
            Also I suggest everybody not to install Tata Sky at their home.

            Yesterday I was calling to tata sky for new dish tv connectn. After that installation schedule for today as per talkng on call. Then their technician call me and said that 200 rs extra charge for installation and on call tata sky offrs me free installation. The technicians and customer care service talkng very rudely wid me. Plz look into d matter

              I have been using tata sky set top box since past 3 years. Quality of your set top box and your network service is extremely poor and doesn't deserve to be called as the best service provider. Reasons for me saying so:

              1) even if there is a single cloud outside, i would not be receiving any signal. By this logic there shouldn't be any tv's and network boxes in south of india and in europe, usa as they have around 300 days of rain.
              2) i am being asked to pay rs 225 for your technician visit. For your poor network and poor set top box i am asked to pay for your fault and such a poor product and poor services.
              Reason given for charging rs 225 is that my set top box is out of warranty. If you sell a poor product and give these pathetic services that your set top box doesn't even lasts for 3 complete years and expect your customers to pay for your faults then it is highly unethical and immoral.
              I am highly disappointed with tata sky and quality of your products and services. I wouldn't recommend this to any person and would actively discourage every person having tata sky to disconnect it and i will myself planning to do it in a couple of days.

              It was highly sad and disappointing to be associated with you. I had great expectations from brand name of tata but i understand services like of yours are bringing a disrepute to one of the most honored and respectable business houses in india

              Hi,
              Tata Sky personnel called and assured that they will charge Rs 225 to me initially and will refund that amount to me once source of disturbance is established, (due to me or TATA Sky). Technician visited, and found that dish was dislocated by few millimeters so i couldn't receive any signal. Please tell if dish has moved a few millimetres should we receive signals or not. Is tata sky signal so bad that it couldn't even transmit signals.
              This is totally fault of Tata sky and i request Tata sky to refund my Rs 225 back to my account as soon as possible as this is the fault of Tata Sky

              As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 6th february 2018 at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.
              I tried to login after some time but same issue happen.

                Hello. I am raviteja residing in visakhapatnam city in andhra pradesh. We have a tata sky dth service with a south special package which does not have any sports channels on it.
                However we have access to dd sports channel and we were able to view the scheduled sports programs on the channel or on dd national channel.
                But since past 5 months or so the broadcasting of some scheduled major sporting programs like the indian international cricket matches has been blocked. When we try to access the channel we get a message asking us to subscribe to star sports or sony ten channels to watch the program. For example the indian odi series in south africa which is currently happening is not being broadcasted, but in reality it's being broadcasted on other cable service providers.
                My query is, does tatasky reserve the right to block broadcasting of certain programs for their beneficial motives or is it illegal to do so?

                    Hi team,

                    I got a new tata sky connection on 5th feb 2018 and from day one i am in trouble as not able to see any channels.

                    Its been 24 hours i am following up with the tata sky associates on the helpline number and all are comforting by saying will resolve it in 2 working hours but none of them have responded till now. Instead all the associates disconnets the call without any resolution.
                    This is just a matter to activate the base package and they say they do not have the rights to activate it.

                    I can't view a channel (Sony ten1). Though I paid I can't view. But in other dth service they are providing that channel. So am gonna file a complaint against tata sky in TRAI. While speaking with the customer service executive they ended the call without prior intimation. I've every proof against Tata Sky.

                    To recharge my Tata sky account I paid 735 rs to [protected]@icici which got debited from my account but never got credited. This upi was visible on the tata sky app as their upi address. Please help resolve this.

                      My tata sky id is [protected]. Chitra hunt. Monthly charges rs 472.
                      I have paid my annual recharge of rs5194. I have been unable to watch any tv program the whole day. The tv is unable to receive signals due to bad weather. There is no problem with the weather. I am told to check the cable connections & remove any obstructions around the dish. There are no obstructions either.
                      The company thinks that the payment has not been made & has cut off the connection.
                      I have been asking for help but no one has bothered to help.
                      I complained last year about the same problem. Poor connectivity due to the weather & the cable connection. Not acceptable. Help!!

                          Your field agent was not able to identify the changed lnb. Just by speaking to dalbir technician he has confirmed it has been changed. He has sent to picture of lnb also. Kindly check is it the same make has same serial no or same model which has been issued from your system. Also check which was previous lnb working as per your system since it has been provided by tata sky since three years ago.
                          Further dalvir singh says i have refused to sign the work order he is lying he has not asked me to sign anywhere since he did not complete the job at 7.30 p. M bit said to me that dish is small it needs to be changed and he will come again.

                          If i have refused why he did not take away his lnb.

                          Your validation person who visited has confirmed that still their wad problem in signal on his visit on 4/2/18. If lnb has been changed why problem persisted?. He has set it right.

                          Dalvir was unable to understand the problem when i said dish need not be changed as few channel ate correctly aired and few are blocked he said dish is old and small. I said how is its possible till last week before change of tv i have been getting perfectly all signals on same old dish. He said now tata sky has two satellites thats why it needs change and will revert on next day. But he did not.
                          Since i am away to manglore till 12 feb will call both of your persons to understand their lies. Mean time you may also ascertain technical details of lnb images attached.
                          You must understand that a customer who is paying rs 850 per month since last 10 years is not a lier for a petty some of rs 300 its your blue collar workers who misguide you and makes quick buck.
                          I will file complaint in consumers court if you do not make justice.

                            Does tatasky even care for their customers or they just want customers money? First of all 'they have useless packs that have equally useless channels. They want customers to pay for good channels without much choice bordering on extortion. And after all that, their service is way below standard. I subscribed to sony ten 1 to watch india vs south africa matches. Not only was there issue on their side, which prevented me from watching the match, but their customer service is hopeless. Its more like customer harassment!
                            As soon as they realized that people are complaining about sony ten 1, their website crashed, their app won't open. Is this all a joke for tata sky? Harassing customers to recharge their accounts by sending unnecessary messages on the tv, email and mobile. Bu when there is a problem on their side, they hide like cowards? Very cheap intend tatasky.

                            As per new connection offer, I have been offered Ultra pack and HD access.
                            However they have activated only the following.

                            2. South Special HD

                              I had taken tata sky dth connection in may2017,
                              Below is the subscriber id [protected],

                              Recently i had raised a request for re installation due to relocation.
                              But tata sky team is not serving my request since last 45 days saying the reason as 'issues with local cable providers'.

                              It is not fair with a company like tata if they give sort of reasons..
                              Their customer care says this time we can't provide the connection, so they request me to wait until i relocate next time.. This is completely unfair..

                                Hello

                                I had requested for shifting of my tata sky few months back, the technician had done the installation wrong. He used a very short wire to install the connection due to which i can only manage to use tata sky from only one side of tv. When i received a feedback call from the tata sky i told them that installation was not done right but now when i am comaplaining again they are charging me for the technician visit. Is this the right kind of attitude providing uninterrupted services and better usability is the main thing of the service provider but they are charging for everything even for the mistakes they are doing.

                                  Set top box declared obsolete by tata sky. No dongle can be used with itbecuase you have upgraded the technology.in order to receive vod and some sites different type of set top box id needed. Your technicians want a payment of rs 750 for refurbished box. For new box charge is almostrs 9000.
                                  My query: on upgradation do you upgrade the set top box also or is the customer to pay.
                                  Is the demand of the technician valid.

                                      Tata sky dth... Most frustating customer services... Im just trying from 2 hour to activate sony ten 3 channel... Customer executives are not responded even waiting for more than 20 minutes on a call, and recored voice says like expected time to attend ur call is 2 minutes... What a joke is this... After 20 minutes waitinn still he says for 2 minutes... I will esclate the same on higher authorities...[protected]
