[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Fraud by service technician

Tata is a good brand but now I can't trust it, cause I raised a complaint issue on yesterday after that technician came into my house due to my tata play not get signal but it seems that while leaving he told me that you will get an OTP please told to me and i asked him also but he told me that it's prove of completion of our work don't worry but after 30 minutes i realised he add tata binge into my Tataplay account for 1 months subscription pack without saying anything. Therefore, my pack 328 deducted to 255.4 and switch off date 20 August to 15 August ! My subscription id is [protected]
It's a fraud way to stole customer's money really disappointment ! Please, kindly refund my money and look into this matter !
