I gave two requests, on 16 June and on 17 July, to Tata Play Customer Care to deactivate my Binge plus pack. The packs got deactivated on midnight of 18 June and on 18 July, but the packs were automatically activated again without my consent within a few minutes of deactivation. Neither did I activate the pack on both the occasions, nor my consent was asked for on both the occasions. On both the occasions Rs 300 were deducted from my balance. Since I had bought the annual pack of Tata Play, I had a huge balance in my account. Now I regret buying the annual pack of Tata Play.

I raised two complaints (3NJ9FYLU & 3Q7SEL4O), talked to the CC executive, then talked to the Senior associates ( Nazia, Renu and one more) bit to no avail. I even posted on their Facebook page, but post was not approved by the Admin of the Tata play Facebook page.

Tata Play is fleecing its customers by not deactivating the binge plus pack. Tata Play is indulging in unlawful and unethical practices. Please take action against Tata Play, and get my wrongly deducted amount of Rs 600 refunded.

        I have newly installed tata play at my home at 15July2022 and 16July2022 I have get a call to close the service request and asking for otp received.Otp is received from tata sky authorize number so i shared that OTP with them.After carefully read that message I know that this message is received to activate channel.this is big fraud happen after next day of installation of tata sky.i have called the tata sky helpline number and explain the same story but they told that tata sky never sends such OTP to activate the channel.But this message received from tatasky authorize number only because all other message received from tata sky comes from same number including appointment sms as well as subscriber I'd registration.please tell me where should I contact to take proper action against the same because tata sky refuses that they have not send the message.

          Channel was frequently stopped like due to weather report and etc.
          It is continuously happened.
          I was customer care and raise a complaint against channel issue. Technician has to come at 4 to 6pm, but nobody was coming.
          Its happens last 2 days.
          Pls resolve my issue and try to not happen in future.

            Technician informed there will b no charges for relocation of dish and they debited the amount and deactivated the account.. im trying to get my refund from past 15 days and getting a run around each time. Please check on this and help me with my refund

              Tata play had activated TATA Play Binge on my setup box without my consent and it's not the first time they did something like this they had activated several unwanted addon packs before and deducted money whenever I have extra amount in my account they activate unwanted services packs without my knowledge I have complained about this several times but they keep doing it
              This time the total amount they deducted is 598 plus taxes
              And when I complaint about it they said the service is already activated and the deducted amount can't be refunded
              It's a total fraud and violation of my rights as customer...

                    The local service centre went to the extent of dialling 10 times to get an otp from my parent (for a service we didnt seek) in the name of free service and later debiting rs.49 a few days later. They take complaints in the helpline that the customer is seeking a new remote and later close the call saying we can only take feedback and not reimburse the money for an app service which we never searched for. I never thought i would be taking up a connection with a bunch like this. The robbery in small amounts from ppl who have connections like this and plain horrible customer service makes me rethink throwing away the connection.

                      I have recharged for the whole year but I am not able to see channels they always show not receiving signal... Are every 1 month I have to sumbit a complain and they do nothing now I am going to cancel the connection and requesting all my friends and relatives to cancel the connection bcoz tata sky doesn't deserve good customers bcoz their service is very poor ...

                        This is the second time I'm complaining. Tata sky hasn't been responding to our issue. The recharge plan says it is for a month and later it lasts for only 15 days. The Tata sky members just give a missed call of 3 sec and when we try to call them back the call doesn't connect! Please do the needful asoon as possible.

                          Tata play binge have subscribed my tata binge subscription Rs. 299/- without my permission illigaly. I came to know when a message received from tata side that your subscription start. I have requested to customer care to stop my subscription and refund my money 299/- in my account. I also complaint to customer care but they denied to refund amount . It is a totally cheating activity by Tata company.

                                  One Ms Prasanna and other male person came to my office at Khairatabad and said that my tata play setup box will upgrade, believing their words, I accepted and paid an amount of rs. 2635 to unisyn enterprises account, later came to know that they are applied for second connection. They cheated me by saying if I pay only 300 rs I can see all OTT channels along with regular tv channels. On verification it came to know that for OTT another 300 extra rs should pay. Plz refund my amount

                                      Tata sky was recharged on 20th of june for a month but it has expired on 6th of July! It has lasted hardly for 15 days! It would be very hard to recharge for every 15days!! I hope it would be fixed as soon as possible.
