Illegally subscription

Tata play binge have subscribed my tata binge subscription Rs. 299/- without my permission illigaly. I came to know when a message received from tata side that your subscription start. I have requested to customer care to stop my subscription and refund my money 299/- in my account. I also complaint to customer care but they denied to refund amount . It is a totally cheating activity by Tata company.

Two persons of unisyn enterprises, Hyderabad came to me and cheated me

One Ms Prasanna and other male person came to my office at Khairatabad and said that my tata play setup box will upgrade, believing their words, I accepted and paid an amount of rs. 2635 to unisyn enterprises account, later came to know that they are applied for second connection. They cheated me by saying if I pay only 300 rs I can see all OTT channels along with regular tv channels. On verification it came to know that for OTT another 300...

Recharge done to wrong number

Hello
I have mistakenly done recharge of 310 ra to the subscriber id [protected] which is not working but associated with the same number kindly give my refinund back to my original source...

DTH monthly recharge got expired in 15 days

Tata sky was recharged on 20th of june for a month but it has expired on 6th of July! It has lasted hardly for 15 days! It would be very hard to recharge for every 15days!! I hope it would be fixed as soon as possible.

Set up box is not working

I made the complaint on 28th June about the set up box is not working.
Some one attend the same on 29th June. He said set up box is completely dead. We will replace the same within couple of days time. But no one is turned down. It is really upsetting me. I hope you may not charge for the days is not working.

After recharging also my set up box gets deactivate

I recharged my set up box but it gets deactivated and showing u haven't recharge but i already recharge it ...in account my balance is showing 561 rupees and then also it's get deatctivated...my subscription I'd is [protected]...

Activation of Tata Sky Binge subscription without my consent & deducting the amount

Since last month, Tata sky customer care continuously tried to convince me to activate "Tata Play Blinge" for which i declined the offer. i clearly said them that i am not interested in this & moreover i dont have time to entertain myself through this subscription.

On 1st June 2022, i got a message early morning stating that Tata sky Blinge has been activated & amount of Rs. 299 has been deducted. I called customer care to...

I purchase and pay total amount rs. 1703 with the referal link, my new connection get activated but now they are not giving referal amount rs. 200 to both, I have frequently called but lazy and fraudant response from company...

Refund for the payment I mistakenly made to another account

I mistakenly made a payment to my another account that is inactive through PhonePe app. I told this to Tata play and they said they’ll refund my amount for now i have to recharge my correct account. Now I got a call from tataplay that they cannot refund it as i have made it through PhonePe and PhonePe is the one who can do the refund. Now I don’t know what to do. I’m stuck between these two companies....

On complaining to the customer care about the deduction of amount towards the activation of the Binge. But to my knowledge i didn't activate the binge service.

I asked about the mode of the activation. The informed that any binge video has been clicked. Upon starting it...
