I gave two requests, on 16 June and on 17 July, to Tata Play Customer Care to deactivate my Binge plus pack. The packs got deactivated on midnight of 18 June and on 18 July, but the packs were automatically activated again without my consent within a few minutes of deactivation. Neither did I activate the pack on both the occasions, nor my consent was asked for on both the occasions. On both the occasions Rs 300 were deducted from my balance. Since I had bought the annual pack of Tata Play, I had a huge balance in my account. Now I regret buying the annual pack of Tata Play.
I raised two complaints (3NJ9FYLU & 3Q7SEL4O), talked to the CC executive, then talked to the Senior associates ( Nazia, Renu and one more) bit to no avail. I even posted on their Facebook page, but post was not approved by the Admin of the Tata play Facebook page.
Tata Play is fleecing its customers by not deactivating the binge plus pack. Tata Play is indulging in unlawful and unethical practices. Please take action against Tata Play, and get my wrongly deducted amount of Rs 600 refunded.
