I saw your adv. On my tata sky connection, which i have been using for the last 10 years, the adv. Says" upgrade to tata sky hd box @ just rs. 1500 & get 1 year hd access free, to upgrade give a missed call on [protected] from your rmn, which i did and within an hour of my call the set top box was replaced and the hd channels activated. (I have the screen shot of the offer), there are no conditions applied. Yesterday i recharged my a/c as some amount was deducted from my amount for the upgrade of the box, and i paid the amount as directed by your adviser, however, in the evening i stopped getting the hd channels, i spoke to three executives parshottam, parduman and supervisor anupam and they hung the call on me, today i received a call from jitendra and he was unable to answer my queries and the call was again escalated, this supervisor tells me i shall receive a call from back end team in 72 hours.
My concern is that i have mega sd plan, and i have recharged it for the next year, as promised by the adv. I demand access to all hd channels free of cost for the next year as they were offered free for 12 months, now all the advisers, that i should now change to ultra hd plan and pay extra for the plan to get access to hd channels, why should i being paying for the plan change, i should be getting the hd services free for the next year and from next year onwards i shall pay and upgrade to ultra hd pack, this year it should no difference should be charged to me as per the adv.
Awaiting an early activation of the hd channels.
