    I was out of country and this connection ([protected]) and this connection was having a balance of about Rs. 8. I contacted tata sky customer care and was told to charge the account by about small amount and then contact. I did the same and still the services were not available. I contacted several times and could get the help because as soon as I used to go to the setup box the phone signal of Vodafone would drop resulting in the drop call of Tata sky. I requested for the technician to visit and check the problem in the signals but it is chargeable. Whereas Rs. 100 deposited is altogether wasted without availing the services. Today I again called at 11 AM and registered a complaint for the visit of a technician my call was transferred to some other senior office to waive the visit charges. I am pained to inform you that he should be given a training to handle the customer since he was arrogant. Moreover till now I didn't get any call from the technician within 4 hours as promised. I feel that the trust which I had with Tata Sky must be evaluated again.

      This is in reference to my tata sky connection subscriber id [protected].

      I have been using tata sky dth services for over 10 years. Initially i had two connections, however since last 4-5 years since introduction of tata sky hd i have been using only one set top box and paying for one as i have only one tv in my house.

      Now the grievance part: my subscription ended on 26th july and instead of an annual pack i recharged with a monthly pack for 270 rs. But my connection got deactivated on 6th august that is within 10 days instead of 30 days due to insufficient balance. And subsequently:

      • i raised my concern with customer care center on 7th august, 2016 itself and requested to deactivate the account but no resolution was provided for the same.
      • i again raised my concerns with customer care center on 12th august, 2016 as no resolution was provided for previous request and i was told that backend team would get in touch within 24 hours-still no resolution
      • i again for the third time raised my concern with customer care center on 14th august, 2016 and requested to deactivate the account and i was told to recharge the account with minimum balance in order to process the request and executive would call back once i recharge, therefore i recharged with minimum amount 40rs and my connection worked for one good day. Still no resolution.
      • i again raised my concern with customer care center on 21st august, 23rd august and 25th august, 2016 itself and requested to deactivate the account but no resolution has been provided for the same till date.

      The executives keeps passing the calls to other departments and it’s the customers who ultimately has to suffer. I am surprised how such a big and reputed organization like tata be so unprofessional.

      In all above instances the reason given to me was could not reach out to customer and request was closed, the reasons were put just to complete the slas and tats because i had not received any calls on my register mobile number or alternate number which is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior on tata’s part.

        My standard setup box was changed on[protected].
        Just within 2 months it stopped working.
        I registered a complaint on th customer care no. And they sent a technician - Upendra Dixit.

        He told to change the setup box again.
        I called up customer care again the following day.. spoke with Nishant n post that with Varsha.w ho told me I'll be charged for a new Setup box
        I refuse to pay any charges fr service n change of setup box .
        I believed in the brand Tata Sky and hence took the services. But if Tata Sky's motto has become to harass us n keep charging us for their faulty boxes n services.

        Who certified the box which was replaced was a good box. I believed in what the technician said until I realized i was being duped by such a big brand.

        I demand immediate action into this matter. I'm unable to view the services currently.. And I also refuse to pay or give into wrong n forceful demands of Tata Sky.

              My Tata Sky account is actual due date falls only on 5th Sept.2016 as shown on my account details on your website. But you have mentioned on mail that the recharge by 27th August 2016 ? Why this difference appears every year I will renew? Moreover, I want to know what are the discounted pack pricing offer by Tata Sky for my annual pack ?                 Not getting Tata sky services from last 3-4 days, when I called customercare they are charging 200 Rs to visit only. They are not ready to attend my complaint without charging.
                When we are using Tata sky than Tata sky should to take responsibility for any types of technical problems. and they have to provided full technical support to their customers free of cost.
                They can charge only for spare parts not to give services...

                  Our ID is [protected]. We had problems in getting channels asper our selected pack. We had installed second HD connection. It is more than a month. Even after paying charges for two HD connections, we are not getting all channels.. On contacting over phone, your people have assured several times to attend. No one is bothered. After making a payment of Rs 1000 on 18th of this month, today we are getting reminder to pay immediately. If you are not. Able to redress and rectify, pl inform sothst we can switch over to other efficient service providers.

                    We have subscribed for the punjabi pack along with the other basic channels. But ever since the setup box was installed, many of the channels from this punjabi pack are not working along with other free channels like shradha.

                      Hello i am arvind and suffer for 7 days your services we note the complaint your helpline number but no positive action i want this solve immigietaly
                      Reply on my cell number. I say that tata sky service is so poor and i suggest everyone to take anyone dth but no use tatasky. Per day i am remember your helpline care but your representative not give the complaint number and resolve the problem

                        Last time i paid recharge 250 & I get a message next recharge 250. within two three days i got message that your recharge is Rs.270 every month recharge amt increase it starts from 230 and now it is 270 why i pay increase amt without adding any channel

                          Since last one month i am unable to view the channels including door darshan and the other channels as per the pack i have subscribed for. I lodged a complaint 10 times with tata sky customer care but is of no use. Before that he telephoned twice that he will come but did not turn up at all. Again after i complained and gave 3 alternate nos., i was no response and are saying "phone unreachable".

                          It is highly impossible to get complaints...

                            I removed unwanted package and add on from my Tata sky account on 29-June-2016.
                            My account gets deactivated on 23-August-2016.
                            I open and get surprised that somebody activate English channels which cost me 85/- per month, when i asked who did it, Tata sky said i did thru IVR.
                            I have phone call records no calls been made.

                            How can i activate one day after removing all unwamted package.

                                I saw your adv. On my tata sky connection, which i have been using for the last 10 years, the adv. Says" upgrade to tata sky hd box @ just rs. 1500 & get 1 year hd access free, to upgrade give a missed call on [protected] from your rmn, which i did and within an hour of my call the set top box was replaced and the hd channels activated.                                 Not able to enjoy any channel. I'm facing the same problems from more than three weeks. I preciously also called the tata sky customer call but no positive response. My set top box is showing error that its not receiving the signal. The weather is clear and still its showing error. Kindly take quick action and resolve my problem

                                  I have discontinued the services due to custom care procedure and after two years when i got another one assuming it would have improved but my sheer bad luck it has more pathetic than before. I considering for a complaint with consumer forum. Service was free for 1 month with new connection but it stopped after 8 days. Connecting to customer care is a real pathetic.

                                    Have recharged in jun 2016 on an offer with annual pack.
                                    Now on 17 aug they say that they hv rverted my money rs.3000 to bank.
                                    My bank has no such refund till 22 aug.

                                    Making complaints since 17 aug. Made multiple complaints... each indl there gives a different versions.

                                    Even after recharging fr annual pack and then for multi tv... not getting any channels .

I lodged a complaint 10 times with tata sky customer care but is of no use. The techinican was to visit for this purpose on 12th august, 2016. Before that he telephoned twice that he will come but did not turn up at all. Again after i complained and gave 3 alternate nos., i was told that they will call back and then send technician but they have not called back at all and are saying "phone unreachable".

                                      It is highly impossible to get complaints registered with tata sky because till the time you get the right person, you would have lost rs. 20/25 on the telephone because of their stupid voice recordings. The problem is from their end as after they have changed the channel nos. There is a lot of problems as their customer care is hopeless and says "sorry for inconvenience - it cannot be helped". The problem is that their set top box is getting signals for some of the channels and not for other channels as per my pack. Further, i want to emphasize that when i cannot view the channels which i have paid for and doordarshan/national channels which are free, due to their fault they should ensure that the period of subscription is extended correspondingly as i have paid subscription for a year till 15th october, 2016. I want to put it down here that they have taken it for granted to overlook the customer grievances. I request you to take up the matter with the authorities concerned for immediate solution and restoration of all the channels which i have paid for.
