[Resolved]  Tata Sky — I cannot find subscriber id using the set top box.

Address: D.No. 40-5/4-2/7, Tikkil Rd, Shyam Nagar Colony

The help screen only shows box id. It does not show subscriber id. And rmn shows a subscriber id which did not work for the box. There is not customer service number for tatasky that can resolve this issue hanging customers clueless and helpless. What a shame!
