[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Installation not done after receiving payment

I applied for a new connection through Tata Play website and I made the payment through the website itself. I am attaching the payment confirmation I received in my email.

So far I have not received any call from Tata Play personnel and my mobile number is not being recognized by Tata Play helpdesk and also in website. I spoke with Customer support and they said they will not do anything without subscriber ID, which I did not receive.
