Made annual payment of 11850 on 4 dec 17. Additional payment of 2000 on 13 january 18. On 4 dec 2017 opted for sports ultr package (4390 yearly, hd 1975, addt boxes 2750*2). Changed to ultra with 6160 yearly, hd cost 1975, additional 2 settop box 2750*2. Total 13585). Hav made total payment 13850. Still account info shows insuff funds and deactivation.
