The Tata Sky call centre is probably making money for Tata telecom cause every time you need to complain about deficient service the employees disconnect the phone after pronouncing your name with a terrible accent by adding unnecessary and non exciting U to it... Then finally when after 5 calls u are able to talk to them they are unable to provide you any solution and pass your call to someone else who again starts with additional U to you name... What a service provider who cannot pronounce customer name properly, one can imagine the quality of service and i am experiencing it... simply horrible.
don't ever opt for this service... I have made mistake of paying annual subscription and thus will continue to suffer for the SIN...
