My DTH cable is not working and the message I get is "No Signal". I have tried to switch on and off, but to no avail. To contact their helpline for service is a pain the neck since the helpline not only caters to service, but also to other activities of Tata Sky and the check list is too big. For example they have 13 languages, etc. It would help customers if they had service centre/agency catering to particular locality wise helpline for service only and not along with other activities. I have taken Tata Sky connection in June'2014 with package cost of Rs.230/ month. Suddenly they increased it to 248 and after few month they changed it to Rs.260 and now it is changed to Rs.280. After enquiring they are saying it is company policy and said sorry for it.
