My DTH cable is not working and the message I get is "No Signal". I have tried to switch on and off, but to no avail. To contact their helpline for service is a pain the neck since the helpline not only caters to service, but also to other activities of Tata Sky and the check list is too big. For example they have 13 languages, etc. It would help customers if they had service centre/agency catering to particular locality wise helpline...

The Tata Sky call centre is probably making money for Tata telecom cause every time you need to complain about deficient service the employees disconnect the phone after pronouncing your name with a terrible accent by adding unnecessary and non exciting U to it... Then finally when after 5 calls u are able to talk to them they are unable to provide you any solution and pass your call to someone else who again starts with additional U to you...

Sir, I have been facing constant issue on my tata sky DTH box and when I have been calling their call center number, call is being dropped when there is a discussion on whose issue is it actually. While I have recharged for six months pack there is no engineer being sent for resolution of issue, all they are interested is in confirmation of charges....

I have been using Tata sky services for a few years now. I recharged my account last evening and find that my HD channels are not receiving any signal nor am I able to view the messages box. been trying to call Tata sky on their help line since last evening. the call gets charged but there is not response.
