Tata Sky — No Signal/ black Screen

Team, I am phasing this issue from past 15 days as No Signal/black screen, have contact customer care and sms NS to 56633 but still no one from tata sky has contacted nor the issues is resolved, in advertisement it shows we are upgrading and our techinal person will contact by giving just a miss call, but this never happened. My tata sky recharge date was 29th march 2016 but i recharged on 2nd april 2016 that is today.. And the recharge is done but the tata sky is showing me black screen so what's the problem i ain't getting it! Please try to resolve this problem today itself because I want to watch the match tonight . please ! Below are my details of tata sky connection..

Hi,
My tatasky hd set top box has a problem of screen black out for few mins.
The remote and the set top box sensor does not work quickly.
There is a lot of lag after i press a button on the remote before it senses something.
It is really frustrating.
Can anyone provide me a solution for this??

I'm facing a black screen issue on few of the HD channels as till 4 days it was working fine and all those black screen channels are part of my package so why am I unable to watch them since 4 days even complaint and service engineer came and predicted so many faults as a lame engineer he 1st changed the connector s on both the end from the box and even the connector on the LNB that didn't worked then change the LNB that too didn't work and nextly he upgraded the firmware of the Tata Sky box which too didn't work and then he changed my 15 meter cable to test the problem is persisting or not but the problem remained the same and then now the service person asked me to change the box completely!!! Is this the kind of service by the TataSky engineer ?? Looks like many faced the same problem but none were trained to troubleshoot the problem yet seen posts from 2015 many people faced this problem earlier also but no replies from them yet in this thread either they solved the problem or not !

Hi I am facing balnck screen issue for set 130 channel from fast 4 days.
While I am calling on Tata sky till free number they are always saying we are having high call volume will call back you and disconnect the call.
But I am ready to wait on call till representative available.
This worst service of Tata sky.

I am facing black screen issue on Tata sky HD set top box since yesterday. Technician visited but issue not resolved as he was not trained properly on how to troubleshoot the issue.
Please do send trained professional to resolve the issue on urgent basis.
