[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No signal or blank screen for suntv, KTV and Sun network channels despite paying for them

I dont understand how much bad tata sky broadcast is working for few paid channels like suntv, vijay, z tamil during the evening time (Prime time). We can see only blank screen. Despite master reset, reset tata sky box, power reset nothing seems to be working fine. While other free channels like 1546, madha channel, vijay super are working fine, why only this issue is happening for few channels?

While reporting the issues to helpdesk, they are saying they will charge rs150 for the visit. Is this a new business you are tryinng to do, on top of overcharging for paid channels? Will tata sky refund for the number of days the channels are not working? I havent seen such pathetic service from tata group.

Pls kindly let us know how we can disconnect the service.
