Tata Sky — Non availability of service due to signal problem | |||
I have a Tata Sky connection In Bangalore and my ID no. is [protected]. I have not been able to view the channels because of signal problem which I understand got triggered due to software changes.I have been informed that a technician will be sent which has not happened sofar It is two days since I have not been able to use my TV. My efforts to speak to some tata sky executive has not has not been successful except I ended up paying mobile charges.{yesterday I had wait on the line for 15 minutes and had to pay Rs.21/-- as charges.)This is besides the charges tatasky will be levying daily without providing any service. I do not know how many like me are affected in Bangalore.Some swift action is called for. The least Tata Sky can do is not to charge for the days service was not available.
