I am the sincere consumer of Tata sky. My consumer identification no.is[protected]. From last one week I am not getting signals on majority of channels. Only on two or three channels signal is coming otherwise all other channels are dead. Kindly get the problem rectified at the earliest. Your representative may attend to the problem on any day after2.00 pm. Further my present mobile no. [protected] may be registered afresh instead of my earlier registered mobile no [protected] which was terminated long back by the service provider. Thanking you.     From last 3 days i am getting problem in tata sky network. there is no singal. and i m very dissapointed from tata sky's services. there is no followup of costumer. it is very pathetic. please give me proper response. i cant watch any channel. my costumer id is-[protected]

    my tata sky signal is not responding from last four days.I have called on customer care no. but they are ignoring my problem. i have called them five times a day but they are not serious about this matter. So I am requesting you to please solve this problem as soon as possible . we trust you and I will be very thankful to you.my ID no. [protected], name jai prakash tiwari.
    We have two TATASKY connections with SUB ID:[protected] and SUB ID:[protected] . We have registered the complaint via "REG MOBILE NO" before 2 weeks from date. We received SMS that a person will call up to confirm the date and time to attend to our complaint. BUT WE HAVE RECIEVED NO SUCH CALL. I would like to bring it to your notice that we have been tired of contacting your company regarding this issue. Many of the wanted channels have been lost. Your service towards your customers has been going down. Two months ago when we had a signal problem we had been charged but still you'll say that it is a free visit.
    Tired of your service and response. We have been paying for the channels we are not able to watch. We pay bills regularly but your service towards us is not that pleasing. You people are now forcing us to see another operator. Kindly respond to our complaint or it will be GOOD BYE to TATASKY. SORRY.

    Since almost a month now I am facing signal issue with Tata Sky
    Even after buying the expensive package where the service or maintenance is free there is no one to look into my request
    I have raised 2 complaints but 1 of them number SR[protected] got auto closed without any fix and other number NS[protected] is still pending
    Moreover I have to call and followup on which I first wait for about 10 mins to get through the number and then I get an answer that I will receive a call very next day that never happens

    I am loosing 1st My TATA SKY SERVICES where I have certain programs that I follow promptly and secondly even after paying the highest package this is annoying and make me wonder why should I pay when i dont get the services

    It is very frustrating and with everyday it is increasing especially when I see on their TV that their entire team is so dedicated to fix these issues but on the other hand there is no one bothered about what is happening and what mental state a consumer is suffering

    They say in the advertisements that to upgrade and make the experience better they are upgrading it and very soon will be resolved. Its been a month now. Very conveniently they keep very few selected channels working So that they can charge people, but same time don't even resolve the problem.

    I am extremely irritated buy the quality of service provided. They very conveniently ask for rent but dnt show any intention of fixing, but I knw some of my friends tata sky working fine.
    Team, we are suffering signal issue from last six month but permanent fixture not done till date...this almost 10 time that I have raised issue but no rsult till date...no one is taking seriously...

    I have complained to tata sky on 04 June 2015 as I am not able to view Tata Sky due to signal issue, but till know ( 01 June) it has not been resolved.I receive msg everyday that you work order is schedule today but no one comes.I have to call everyday to check the status of my complain.Getting to their customer sevice executive takes atleast 10-15 mins.This not for the first time in April 2015 same thing had happened and it was resolved after 10 days. What kind of service tata is giving???...

      The channels of regional telecast Tamil TV all channels 701-717 and english channels Newssx, CNBC, BTW are not coming due to poor signals. This problem was a month ago and later it got over on its own, Now for the last two days we face the same problem and the singals are very weak. No picture or it comes and goes in two minutes.         As promise given by company there is no continuataion after trial of english pack without permision, but till pack is active and payment is charged with out benifit and permission.Please as early as possible deactive the active english pack

          I am one of the Mega subscriber for Tata Sky and I paid my subscription for 2 years at once. My ID No. [protected]. To lodge a complaint and get a reply, it took 3 hours. There was no response from any of your representatives and later I got 10 messages. I had to send my car to pick up Tatasky mechanic, from whom the problem could be rectified after 48 hours. I am sure, from your office also I will not get any response. I am forwarding a copy of my complaint to Tatasky Chairman, Mr.Mistry. As a Mega subscriber, I am extremely disappointed with your After Sale Service.

            I have been facing signal issues for the past couple of days, every time since day before noon I have been calling them and the answer I get is that I will get a call back in next 4 hours from their side and a technician will contact for appointment, I haven't got one call from their side or from the technician till now, I have called them day before in the noon(twice), day before evening, yesterday morning, noon and evening and today noon. I have a multi TV subscription and I have taken a Mega HD biennial pack for main tv and an annual subscription for add on tv. This is the third time I am facing this problem in the last 9 months, on previous two occasions too, it took almost a week for them to send a technician and fix the problem. Yesterday after feeling helpless, I asked them to cancel my subscription if the issue is not resolved only to hear from them that there will be no refund in this case.The lady online had assured me once again that I will get a call back within 4 hours. Complaint no.NS[protected]filed on 2nd April 2015), I need help in two matters, who is to be contacted to escalate the issue and how can I take them to task to refund my money. It seems that customer service and Tata's are opposite words.( Had a similar experience of so called customer service with Tata Motors after which I had vowed not to use any cars of TATA, now it seems that TATA's have a company philosophy of having dissatisfied customers).

              I remitted an amount of Rs. 2050/- through my net bank a/c on March 28, 2015. I am getting a msg today ( April04, 2015 that there is no balance and hence the connection will be terminated. How is it possible when my bank a/c is debittedwell in advance. I request TATASKY to look into and do the needful urgently and confirm the action taken.

                My Name is Kumar. K, 2 Month back taken a TATA SKY connection & recharged upto september. subscriber id is [protected] & registered mobile No. is [protected]. From past 3 day we are unable to watch any channel. I had given complaint to customer care & even wrote a mail to customer care. But there is no response from thier end.                   We are using the services of tata sky since 8 years. We do get signal problems frequently, of late its become a common problem, though the weather outside is clear. And for the last three days we are unable to access most of the channels such as news channels, telugu channels etc.etc..., Only a few hindi channels alone are accessible. We were asked to give a missed call to[protected] and that the customer care will respond, having done, its on the fourth day (4th April 2015) we received a call from customer care no.: 080.67337200 at 11.04 am stating that within four hours a technician would get in touch with us and its almost 3.30 pm, nobody called. We have not watched TV for last four days, missed a lot of important programmes on regular Telugu channels, but without fail, we receive the payment message. Will the TATA SKY refund the amount for the days we are not using their services, due to their inefficiency. We are now very much regretting for having chosen TATA SKY. Request immediate action in restoring TATA SKY services.

Though few times able to connect no proper reply from the attendees. Their missed call service is also useless. Only I am getting the repeated mSG on Ur problem will be attended soon. Seriously Thinking of changing this worthless dtH.

                      As your company is showing that you are upgrading your services, so some of the sep top boxes may not have signals for few channels. My set top box is facing the same problem for last three days. I have given a missed call to the said number and received a messege that my work order no is[protected] on 02/04/2015. But till date my problem has not be solved. everyday I receive a msg that technician will contact me but they dont. Now what to do...????

                        Dear Sir, /Madam, I would you like to inform you that, My TV some channels shows no signal then I missed call to this number [protected] regarding issue of no signal of some channels.I received a message form your end ( issue of No signal soon we will be sharing with you the work order details) on 03.04.2015. Again, Received a message (Tata Sky installer visit for WO:Ns[protected] is scheduled between 06.04.2015 11:35 & 12:15 ). But today your technician Mr.Arun Kumar -000659 called me regarding issue of signal and came my home and resolved the issues of signal problem and Charged me Rs.260 for change receiver. You already declared the signal problem for up gradation. Then, my question is Why you technician charged Rs.260 for receiver.                               Dear Sir /Madam, Our Subscriber ID is [protected], we are recharge your tata sky every month by Rs.351/- but from last 2 months there is problem in channels, after recharge 2 /3 days we cannot get Marathi as wel as English Movie channel and many others. There is no any contact no or adress of your service engineer. How can we satisfy.

                                HiI am using tata sky subscription (Subscriber ID [protected]) for more than 2 years. We are not able access most of the channels for last 3 days (Starting Thursday 2nd April 2015) due to some technical error and we get to 'No Signal' error message on the selected channel. After many failed attempts to reach TataSky callcenter we finally managed to talk to a callcenter agent. The CallCenter agent spoke a language that was not my chosen language of communication(I had/have opted for Kannada as my language of communication with TataSky agents).The agent informed us about giving a miss-call to '[protected]' and get free technical help. On further questioning CallCenter claimed that TataSky displayed a message informing about some technical upgrade on channel number '100' (this is TataSky's default channel).Hardly any subscriber would watch this channel and would not have noticed this message (if at all they displayed the message). When we questioned CallCenter about this and told her that TataSky was fooling people the callcenter agent accused us o[censored]sing unprofessional language. When I asked the agent to mention what was unprofessional in what I had said, the agent stopped responding and ignored my statements. This was very unprofessional on the part of TataSky agent. When user is due for any payment, TataSky sends reminder messages to Subscribers which will be displayed on the TV. Also, any such subscription expiry or payment information is displayed on the TV screen blocking the view of the users. They did not use their regular means of communication to inform the subscribers. Also, they are least bothered to get in touch with subscribers to check whether the issue raised is resolved or not. This whole technical upgrade was handled in an unprofessional way. I am yet to get any response from TataSky on fixing the problem. I would request TataSky to compensate for their mismanagement and causing inconvenience to me and my family. Kindly help us in getting justice.

                                  Hello, NO explanation required. NO signal for the last four days and no one bothers to call. I got one call from customer care stating they have lodge the complaint but nothing happened. NO technician came to my house. Its really bad service. My id is [protected]. I have three connections in total. No help provided. Please avoid TATASKY. I am planning to change it to videocon or airtel.

I want to reduce my package that I want to remove the active coocking, ten sports& English from my package.I want package of only 240/-Rs.I have called several times to the tolll free number and want to talk to the customer care oficer but their is no response from them I have been trying from last three days for the reduction of my package.                                       I ve installed HD setup box subscribed for Rs 240 Package PM on 29/5/2015 but now message is flashed for Recharge with balance Rs 441 and package expires today.Talked on customer care and they set the new plan cancelling all the current plans. Why this message is flashed only after 15 days? Yea dada giri ha ise band caro.
