Marathi Channel as wel as English channel not viewed

TataSky - No Signal problem.

HiI am using tata sky subscription (Subscriber ID [protected]) for more than 2 years. We are not able access most of the channels for last 3 days (Starting Thursday 2nd April 2015) due to some technical error and we get to 'No Signal' error message on the selected channel. After many failed attempts to reach TataSky callcenter we finally managed to talk to a callcenter agent. The CallCenter agent spoke a language that was not my chosen language...

Lame Service

Hello, NO explanation required. NO signal for the last four days and no one bothers to call. I got one call from customer care stating they have lodge the complaint but nothing happened. NO technician came to my house. Its really bad service. My id is [protected]. I have three connections in total. No help provided. Please avoid TATASKY. I am planning to change it to videocon or airtel....

No Signals / service

irresponsible after sales services

Since two days our antena is not catching signal due to damage of some device after lodging the complain yesterday nobody has contacted so far for replacing the same. Thier customer care number is always busy even after chosing the option of call back nobody has bothered to contact us. i want the solution at earliest else i want to change my this sercive provider and want to claim for damage as well as my prestige cost in consumer court....

Service unavailable since more than 2 days!!!!

ID: [protected] No service since 02 April 2015 morning. [protected] customer care is always busy. And have spent around 25-30Rs by just calling this number in the past 2 days. Just received a msg with work order NS[protected]. No contact from any tata sky engineer after that. My SMS of NS was charged by 3Rs. In spite of no service in the last 2 days, am sure my Tata Sky balance might be still getting deducted. Such a pathetic...

No Signal for last many days - no response from customer care
