[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Not able to View channels after Full Recharge

I have 2 tata sky connection in my home both are interconnected & have monthly recharge of 830 rs to start both services ...since 15 days my 1 tata sky connection has been showing black page with statement "pls recharge your tata sky account" other tv is working normal ...though my acc also has 200 + rs balance the msg is there with recharge ur account & i cant able to view any channels on that TV..So please fix it up as soon as possible..
