[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Not receiving signal saying its raining outside but its sunny here

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my Tata Sky connection number [protected]. It is sunny and warm weather here in Mumbai and still when we switch on Tata Sky, it says that since it is raining outside, we are not able to show services. Signal is not catching. This problem is coming since last 3 days.

Also, they have disabled their customer care number. I am not able to call up customer care. I am trying to call them since last 3 days but the customer care number is not getting connected.

When I am emailing them, they are not responding even on the emails. Even after receiving my emails, they are not bothered to even call me back.

Everyday they are deducting Rs. 11 from my account balance and not showing the television services since last 3 days. I need my services restored. Also, I need my Rs. 33 back which are deducted till now for I am not able to watch TV.

Till morning, we were atleast able to watch some programs on their website. Now from this evening, they have blocked me even on their website. Some HDCP error is coming and we are not able to view the programs on laptop also.

Please if anyone can give us justice.
