Tata Sky — Poor sales support

I refer to a person named Rohit who is the sales manager of Tata Play Fiber Internet in Pune wakad, pimple saudagar region.

When you want a new connection, he is very prompt and courteous. He says he will help you in all your queries and issues.
However after getting the customer this person Mr Rohit disappeared.
Despite I make him several calls he does not attend any. If by chance he picks up the call, he says he will call back in 5 minutes but that's a plain lie.
He never calls back or helps you with your queries.
Also the customer care is pathetic, those guys do not resolve any of your issues or queries. Just give textbook answers.
