[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge is not showing on tv and call not connecting to helpline

My complaint is this today recharged 2500 rupees according to telling an executive of tata sky. I received message on my mobile number and did not receive messages on my set box (Tv). I tried to call on helpline there ivr says and after 11 second says thanks for call in tata sky. Today is 19-9-17 today i have recharged r's 2500 balance is showing on my mobile number r's 24 rupees only. Next recharge in february month what is this..??? I recharged for one year now it's showing on my mobile phone balance r's 24 and call is not connecting on helpline number. Why are you doing fraud? Do you not fear from consumer court??? Please solve my complaint my mobile number [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected] please provide a call for me i dont understand that what us happening i am using tata sky for 16 years before i had an another set top box [protected] this is old smart card number. Please give me justice i want justice before today did not happen any thing like this. Resolve this.. Complaint

Updated by Sukhdeep Kumar Please justice with me Tara sky is doing fraud with me.Helpline number is not connecting and recharge is not showing on tv.i recharged 2500 rupees.I am so worry please give me justice take action against Tata sky

I'm trying to call Tata sky customer service from last night but call not get connected. It's machine said.
Tata sky Me apka Swagat hai..
Within sec second msg is.

Tata Sky offer me Dhamal Mix pack only at Rs. 1940 & for that I'm recharged my account and contact from last day.
My request is to please activate my dhamal mix pack for one year at Rs. 1940. If you still not able to do that then please call me. If still not possible then I don't want be a part of this service anymore..
