[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge is not showing on tv and call not connecting to helpline | |||||
My complaint is this today recharged 2500 rupees according to telling an executive of tata sky. I received message on my mobile number and did not receive messages on my set box (Tv). I tried to call on helpline there ivr says and after 11 second says thanks for call in tata sky. Today is 19-9-17 today i have recharged r's 2500 balance is showing on my mobile number r's 24 rupees only. Next recharge in february month what is this..??? I recharged for one year now it's showing on my mobile phone balance r's 24 and call is not connecting on helpline number. Why are you doing fraud? Do you not fear from consumer court??? Please solve my complaint my mobile number [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected] please provide a call for me i dont understand that what us happening i am using tata sky for 16 years before i had an another set top box [protected] this is old smart card number.
