I have bot been using the setup box for 5 months but i desperately needed it right now beause of the isolation so i had made a recharge but now problem is occurring plz help

Mera tata sky on karne per this is the wrong card msg aa raha hai mera mobile no [protected] hai Maine bahut din tak tata sky band rakha tha aaj on kiya to this is the wrong card dikha raha hai

Due to some reason after oct 2019 i did'nt recharge my account. Yesterday (16/03/2020) i recharged for 500 rs. Now channels are showing paring error.
