I have called tata sky customer care for the disconnection of my subscriber id [protected] then i got a call from you are department and they said that we will only refund your balance amount by cheque and c h e q u e will be delivered to my address and then today i got a call from your department again and they said that for the refund i have to return the tata sky antenna with all boxes and its remote may i know for what reason i have to refund that i purchase rate for rupees 1800 for antenna and one box and 900 rupees each box i have paid while i purchase date and today also i got a mail from customer care and it is written as follows Service request no: 13jr8osg Hello mr. Sumit asrani, This is with reference to cancellation & refund towards your tata sky account. As discussed with you, at your request, we have cancelled your tata sky account on 06/03/2018.in case you wish to retain your tata sky connection, please contact us within 90 days. Further, we won’t be able to continue the services on your old set top box after 90 days. (Yes, that means a brand-new set top box and a whole new subscriber id!). We wish to inform you that the set top box (Stb) subscribed by you and installed in your premises, along with the digicard and other related parts is i. E. Tata sky limited’s property and is owned by tata sky. The same have been provided to you for the purposes of availing tata sky services, in accordance with the subscription contract. Accordingly, in case of cancellation, you would be required to return the set top box along with the digicard and other related parts and the amount available in your subscription account would be subject to forfeit. However, as a valued subscriber refund can be initiated towards the available balance in the account post surrendering the hardware within 90 days of account cancellation. Amount available in your tata sky account rs.2, 427.50/-approx. As on today. Thanks! By mistake iam recharged the account 3times Rs. 150/-.. Due to slow network connection i cant understand the transaction successfully completed or failed. So i want refund Rs.300 to my personal account. I hope you can resolve this problem as soon as possible..
