In reference to above complained .
Still tatasky has not resolved the problem. daily i call to tatasky customer care and daily they told me that they have note down my complain.and their representative will call me back. "
even their representative has called me some time but he just inform me about the status that "your recharge is unsccessful. Also they advise me to ask to bank beside that they have no solution . now they have also deactivate the service. please do needful

In reference to above complain.
I have been complaining to tatasky since 06/02/2018.
even i had raised the complain with icici bank regarding recharge amount Rs. 458/- is debited from my account on 06/02/2018, but my tatasky d2h account is not recharged.. at that time they told me that if next party do not claim the money, then debited amount will be credited back in account with 10 working days. but they claim then it will not be credited.
but later icici bank said that your transaction is succeed through Transaction ID LIC[protected] dated 27/02/2018. so now there is no question of amount credit back.
since then i have been again approaching to tatasky, i have been informing them since then, but every time they repeat the same that your account status showing unsuccessful, we are noting down your complain, our senior staff will call back you.
even their representative call me but rather giving the solution they only say the same that your account status is unsuccessful.
it tell them that is why i am raising the complain with you.
this matter is still not closed by tatasky. they have not given the satisfactory answer till the time.
i find there response is very poor. because when i have provided them their transaction id and bank reply.
i have provided my bank statement too for their reference and make them believe.
but still they are not serious . please do needful.

In reference to above complaint. regarding recharge which i had made of Rs. 458/-. on 06/02/2018.
my recharge was unsuccessful but amount was deducted so i had lodged complain to tatasky as well as my icici bank also .
but till date it is not solved. since 06/02/2018 i have been often called to tatasky and my bank too.
but by giving one or other reason tatasky is shirking the responsibility. already i have provided them my bank acct. statement . as well as transaction id of successful transaction which was provided by the bank to me as a proof.
please do needful in this regard.
