I had made a complaint at tata sky on 8th of march 2018. They sent an executive to repair after 6 hrs of waiting time. Without checking any fault he told us that our both tvs are not working faulty. Our connection is ok. We have made them payment for 1 year in advance now we are frustrated. Their tecnician himself cancelled our complaint and asking otp number again and again when we refused to give otp number they changed out registered mobile number themselves for getting an otp.     tata sky set top box pairing error (14)

    After a gap of two months i recharged my tata sky then it is showing pairing error for no reason
    Till the day i recharged tata sky coustomer care person used to call me ask for recharge
    But from the day feb 16th 2018 i recharged no any care from from the coustomer care asking whats the problem since they got the money they keeping quit till it reduces to zero.

      Tata sky only asked for money the worst service i get from tata sky when i booked a tata sky they told pay only 1600 when they fixed they told pay 200 extra paid. I paid whatever they said still i asked them do u required any extra amount for wire they said no. Dealer & installation talked they said customer will not pay any thing. After a week they deactivated my account asking for money please help me i[censored] can

        I have made an online payment of inr 359.0 with transaction id [protected]*tata sky* ta towards payee tata sky from my icici bank account xxxxxxxx1454 on feb, 17, 2018 at 14:36 hours. It was successful at icici on line portal but amount was not reflected to my tata sky account.
        Then on same day 17 february 2018, i made one more on line payment of rs.360 which was successful at tata sky & icici both.

        I asked tata sky to send confirmation email that they have not received this payment with below details. But i haven't received confirmation email from tata sky.

            Dear sir,

            I applied for tata sky connection (Subscription id: [protected]) with plan of annual package of rs
            4280/12 months on dated[protected].

            Today i came to know that the company has over charged me for rs 735 per month instead of a 12 month
            Plan they cut my scheme till 8-3-2018. I just spoke to tata sky customer care representative and he
            Confirms that i opted for the above mentioned plan but the subscription was unsuccessful.

            I want to complain on the below ground :

            Firstly, if the subscription attempt was unsuccessful, how could tata sky go further on the payment
            Option and accept the payment.

            Second if they did not get the plan option from customer, why did not they confirm which plan to
            Activate and use my money in any plan of their choice, who authorized them to do so?

            I would request for resetting my plan as per amount 4280 for 12 months and a written confirmation on
            The same. I have also made a complaint with the tatasky customer care team, please find the details

            Instead of resolution to my complaint, My connection is deactivated last night. I am surprised that there is no response against my complaint, i am getting no of massages for recharge of account.
            I feel this is monopoly of brand which is allowing them to survive without address customers complaint. This is pure harassment of customer. National consumer form should take action against this.

            It is sad to see this kind of issues from brand like Tatasky. I have seen couple of other consumers also complaining about no clarity on the site when they recharge. Question is how can a website be designed in such a way where they accept payment without asking customer to choose the package. It seems to be a planned and very thoughtfully designed e commerce platform to loot the customer.

            We should always publish such issues to make others aware. Once we raise voice against such issues then only the changes will happen . I hope National Consumer Forum will investigate and take justified action against your complaint.

              Normally i recharge with dhamaka mix pack of rs 299 for 30 days but this time i had recharged for rs 399 sports dhamaka pack but i am not receiving any sports channels. Rather it seems u have subscribed me with dhamaka mix pack for 40 days. Please fix this problem as i need sports channels urgently this month.                 Your person/rep., mr. Ajim insisted on cash payment for your charges of rs.3804/- which is not acceptable and this compulsion was not informed to us. If your back office-person would have talked to me i surely would have refused to install your services and the dish, definitely. The govt is insisting on cheque payments and white transactions. You are not providing any receipt for amount paid to you, only because the word 'tata'. Where the common man will go. Please get me my cash back and take the cheque from me. Or i will have to fight for justice.

                  Had put my request for de-installation as well as re-installation on 3rd march. The request was put around noon time and was told that within 2 hours some one from tata sky will contact. After repeated follow ups the technician visited my place around 8 pm. He did not complete the re-installation work completely as he was in a hurry and requested to allow him to complete the job next day morning. The technician is not traceable since then and i have repeatedly followed up with customer care. I again checked with customer care today evening and was shocked to hear that earlier customer care associate had noted to send the associate on 5th march at 4 pm. I am disappointed to note such abysmal quality of customer care not generally expected from tata brand.

                      I'm facing problem due to company's fraud of not giving the service which they have told me, due which my hd channels are not working but the amount i paid to them as per demand of company.
                      The conversation between me company's agent on may 2017 was that if i pay 4675/- rupees for bumper pack of sd channels, along with 1925/- rupees of amount for hd channels both for annual subscription. After that i can watch channels sd of bumper pack and all of the hd channels and i did it and paid the amount through local dealer of the company.
                      All is working fine till january after that they stopped the subscription of hd channels and when i contact them for it they saying that you the amount i paid for hd channels they deducting in their account according to monthly amount rather than annually which was commited by them.
                      Without informing me and i don't even know about such thing not they told me about such kind of policy of company i knew about it when they stopped my hd channels subscription.
                      And now, they saying that we can't do anything in it and saying that it's my fault.

                          On 1st and 2nd day the cable was on. Suddenly 3 rd day the cable is off. On approching the technician, he kept his mobile off. Tata sky customer care stated that the installation charges of rs. 175/- is unpaid.

                            I am using tatasky since 2006 and paid always higher amount when needdd. This time while called about connection issue hd asked to pay visiting fee even for sure it's issue with there end about signal.
                            Now no way to take such operator and raised request to cancel connection, hd team cancelled the connection but non of them responding when and how much refund i will get out of my balance which is there. It's pathetic they need 30 days time to investigate and come back. Until i did not get confirmation and date about refund it's not good to go with other operator /connection as i don't have trust with it now.

                              We have a tata sky connection for television channels. The connection has been working perfectly fine for the past 6-7 years. However, around 10 days ago, the signal was lost. No channels were being received. We called the company. They sent a worker to check. Without checking or analysing anything, he started forcing us to buy a new dish.

                              We repeatedly asked him to check the connection or adjust the direction etc. He was adamant that the dish has to be replaced without investigating anything. He said there is a building here because of which you have lost connection. We explained that the building has been there for two years. It wasn't built in a day one week ago.
                              Then he started asserting that there must be a leaf infront of the dish as if we are stupid enough to fall for that. Then he started saying that now there is 3g and 4g so you will not get signal which hardly made any sense at all.
                              We pointed out that the dish of another building in a more closed off space than ours, he said that that too is wrong and we shall be having a word with them, too. They will have to change it. We pointed out various outher dishes in similar position or worse than ours and asked how are they receiving signal when we aren't, he said, all them are installed wrong and will have to be replaced. Regarding it, you have to talk to the higher-ups and "straighten" things out. We finally got fed up and sent him back.
                              We called the company and asked them to look into this. They then sent another worker who insisted we needed a new set-top box. So we bought one from them and installed it. They deducted rs 400 from our account. We received the signal for 3 days and then again lost it completely. We called them again. They again sent a fellow who said the exact same things.

                              Everyone's dishes are wrong. You aren't getting signal today. It is possible they stop getting signal tomorrow. You won't get the signal from any company's dish. You have to replace the dish to where we say and you have to talk to higher-ups to "straighten" things out.

                              Now when we call them, they either don't pick p the phone or keep saying we will send someone tomorrow or day after or at some inconvenient hour.
                              All the while they have continued to deduct the charges from our account for their services. We have also been charged for the set-top box. And yet we have not received a signal for even a day for the past 15 days.

                              They are basically trying to make money cutting people's signals and forcing them to buy set-top boxes and new dishes when they are absolutely not required. Kindly look into this corrupt company and take necessary action.

                                Sir.
                                Good afternoon.
                                I had recharge my tatasky dth account on line on 06/02/2018 by rs. 458/-.
                                But my tataskhy account was not recharged. When i called to tatasky and inquired, they told me that "your recharge is not reflected here in our system".
                                Where as said amount was debited from bank account. So i made complained to bank also.
                                Bank assured me that if your deducted amount will not be claimed by merchant, it will be returned & asked me to wait til they get the confirmation from the service provider.
                                At last bank gave me the confirmation that amount is claimed vide transaction id no. S71469682 dated. 06/02/2018. By tatasky,
                                But still tata sky is not accepted that they have received the amount & did not recharge my dth account. I have provided them this details but still they stuck to the point that amount is not reflecting in their system.
                                Instead of tracking the transaction whether it is done or not by given transaction id, they are asking me my card no., bank details etc.
                                I told them if you have claimed transaction & provided the transaction id to the bank then there is no doubt or question that whether transaction is done not.
                                So please i request you to solve the issue at the earliest because much time is wasted in formalities till date.

                                In reference to above complained .
                                Still tatasky has not resolved the problem. daily i call to tatasky customer care and daily they told me that they have note down my complain.and their representative will call me back. "
                                even their representative has called me some time but he just inform me about the status that "your recharge is unsccessful. Also they advise me to ask to bank beside that they have no solution . now they have also deactivate the service. please do needful

                                In reference to above complain.
                                I have been complaining to tatasky since 06/02/2018.
                                even i had raised the complain with icici bank regarding recharge amount Rs. 458/- is debited from my account on 06/02/2018, but my tatasky d2h account is not recharged.. at that time they told me that if next party do not claim the money, then debited amount will be credited back in account with 10 working days. but they claim then it will not be credited.
                                but later icici bank said that your transaction is succeed through Transaction ID LIC[protected] dated 27/02/2018. so now there is no question of amount credit back.
                                since then i have been again approaching to tatasky, i have been informing them since then, but every time they repeat the same that your account status showing unsuccessful, we are noting down your complain, our senior staff will call back you.
                                even their representative call me but rather giving the solution they only say the same that your account status is unsuccessful.
                                it tell them that is why i am raising the complain with you.
                                this matter is still not closed by tatasky. they have not given the satisfactory answer till the time.
                                i find there response is very poor. because when i have provided them their transaction id and bank reply.
                                i have provided my bank statement too for their reference and make them believe.
                                but still they are not serious . please do needful.

                                In reference to above complaint. regarding recharge which i had made of Rs. 458/-. on 06/02/2018.
                                my recharge was unsuccessful but amount was deducted so i had lodged complain to tatasky as well as my icici bank also .

                                but till date it is not solved. since 06/02/2018 i have been often called to tatasky and my bank too.
                                but by giving one or other reason tatasky is shirking the responsibility. already i have provided them my bank acct. statement . as well as transaction id of successful transaction which was provided by the bank to me as a proof.
                                please do needful in this regard.

                                In reference to above complain, i have not been contacted by TATASKY representative till the time.
                                since 06/02/2018 i have complained them at several times but every time they told me that we have taken your complained but still not solved it. now much time is wasted .one month is to go . but they do not seem serious about the customer complain.
                                please do the needful at the earliest to solve the issue .

                                In reference to above complain. I got the the call from TATASKY representative Mr Sandip on 06/03/2018
                                I was advised by him to contact with Bank once. He told me " let me know what you get the answer from the bank later, I will call you back after one hrs. on other side he said "TATASKY is working on your complain & your complain is under consideration. but later he did not call me.

                                On his advise i called to bank and bank representative said me that your TATASKY recharge for Rs. 458/- was unsuccessful on 06/02/2018 that was updated and success on 27/02/2018 .
                                Bank also provide me the transaction ID of Successful transaction which was unsuccessful since 06/02/2018
                                Bank representative provide me the transaction ID of successful transaction is LIC [protected] dated 27/02/2018. & asked me to talk with Tata sky . so i called to tata sky customer care & informed them the above same but till issue is not solve.
                                Now i am again receiving message from tatasky that recharge your account by 08/03/2018 otherwise your service will deactivated.
                                please do needful at earliest.

                                  I am using tata sky last 7 year but last 2 days facing many problem. Some channel not working properly. I am paying rs 350 per month if not paid then deactivate my account than who is responsible of my channel not working of already payment are given.
                                  Customer care not provide solutions properly and nodal officer no are wrong mention on net and customer care provide same no to customer really bad service of tata sky
                                  If not recd solution in 2 days after that i am going in consumer court.

                                  I want to my 7 days rent charges remburse because 7 days channel are not working due to customer care associate àre manual setting done with me on phone.

                                  For suggestion of tata sky ur customer care employees are not good product knowledge.
                                  Eng. Visit done my home and only question ki aapne lan konsi select kiya hai.

                                  Today recd call by customer care agent named with mrs. Sana and discuss I have not paying any charge of eng. visit. Also confirm Mrs sana

                                  But my balance are deduct in my account what is the problem why customer facing this type of issues

                                  Also recd massage of 7 days rend remburse done by Mrs sana

                                  I have no idea this type service provide by tata sky.

                                  Tv par tata sky ki add band kar dijiye.

                                    My name is shampa naskar, [protected], [protected]. According to tata sky tv advertisement through recharge of tata sky via freecharge on rs 300 and above, rs 60 will be cashback. So, i talked to tata sky customer care on 28.02.18 and after getting confirmation i recharged rs 300 through freecharge app. On 01.03.18 i talked to customer care tata sky where it was told that within 24 hours cashback amount of rs 60 would be credited on freecharge wallet. Matter of the regret that no cashback amount is credited in freecharge wallet will now.

                                    I have called several times on customer but i got unsatisfied result. Pls look into the matter urgently and pls give me feedback.

                                      This is anuja niyogi - tatasky customer care is extremely rude. They disconnect the calls. I have some call recording and i would upload it in the youtube. They are absolutely unprofessional and untrained people to handle tatasaky. I asked for a techician to come at 10am. Suddenly i get an sms that the technician will come at 3:25pm. And then when i called the custmomer care, they have not clue to this. They state that "we are front-end and the technicial will be arrange from the back-end" means that the front end team do not check with the banck end team at all. Now i have to stay at home for the entire day just for this. Meaning i do not have any other work to wait. Why is the front end team taking information. If they cannot provide the correct information from and to their back end team, why they are there then?
