[Resolved]  Tata Sky — regarding error 14: in which pairing problem is raised.

Regarding error 14 in tata sky set top box. : in which pairing problem is raised. And tata sky set top box shows an image with msg that is: this card is wrong for this set top box error 14: pairing error.
Why this problem has been faced?. I had already rechrged my tata sky set top box. I had not faced such kind of issue before. I am loyal customer to tata sky. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible.
