My tatasky subscriber id is [protected] and i want to complaint about unauthorised modification of my packs daily from past 10 days without my permission. Multiple times i raised concern with tata sky but no solution is provided. I got to know from customer care that this is done through some dealer. But i have never approached any dealer. Everyday i have to call customer care around 2 to 3 times to request for the removal of the packs which got added. I have raised multiple complaints on twitter as well every time i have been told that please give us some more time but no solution is provided. I've also requested for disconnection because of this issue. Request you to please look into the issue on urgent basis and provide solution as soon as possible.

    I am setting up my tatasky account for the first time.
    The agent setup everything and asked me to do an initial recharge of rs 1653.

    I have recharge done for 1653 rs from tatasky.com website in order to activate my new account. I paid using netbanking from sbi
    The money got debited from bank but recharge was unsuccessful and my account is still in pending status.

    Tata sky agent left and says he cannot do anything with it and we called customer care and they are not able to resolve this problem as well

      regarding error 14: in which pairing problem is raised.

      Regarding error 14 in tata sky set top box. : in which pairing problem is raised. And tata sky set top box shows an image with msg that is: this card is wrong for this set top box error 14: pairing error.
      Why this problem has been faced?. I had already rechrged my tata sky set top box. I had not faced such kind of issue before. I am loyal customer to tata sky. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible....

        I had taken new connection of tata sky..
        The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
        They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
        Through my subscriber id..
        But am unable to login with error as invalid code
        I am struggling from last four days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product

Channel no. 100 is working but remaining channels shows the message ' this is the wrong card for this set top box'.               I had two dth connections from tata sky and i have asked the customer care to deactivate one of the connection starting from 25th august 2019.
              In fact i wanted them to cancel my other subscription as i have no plans o[censored]sing the same, however the csr (Customer support representative) suggested me to keep the connection in inactive mode so that i will not be charged. I was asked about a end date for deactivation to start with and i have asked her to put the connection under deactivation starting the same day and with an end date of 31/12/2019. She has deactivated the account, however i was charged for both the connections for two consecutive months before i realized i was over paying them. I have raised a ticket to this extent on 30/11/2019 and i am persistently chatting with their customer support without any solution till date. All i get to hear from them is i need not worry and they will take care of it. With my deposit lying with them, i do not have a working connection since they have de-activated my working connection also for want of further payment.

              They were good enough share the transcript of the chat where i have it in writing that i wanted the connection to be kept under deactivation till 31/12/2019.

              It is already 15 days since i lodged this complaint and no one cares to respond with a tentative time frame resolution of the same. They always keep saying that they resolve it soon.

              It is least expected from a company of the reputation of tata.

                I'm subscriber ([protected]) of tatasky from last 6 years, but now they have started to cheat consumer. Two month earlier technician visited at my place and he resolved my problem and told that within the month if you are facing any issue, we will resolve your problem without any charges. But again i faced the problem after 45 days, now they are again asking to get visit the technician, so that they can take charges. I'm trapped with this service and feeling cheated.

                  Dear sir, i raised complaint no 105q2q0m dated 26-09-19. For not viewing all tamil channels. But till today it was not solved. I called tatasky in all format i e twitter, customer care, nodal officer for north east, tatasky manager in guwahati. No any response. Even they are unable to give the date of resuming tamil channels. The tatasky is totally failure to provide customer satisfaction. Tatasky has become hopeless. Please take appropriate action.
                  I suggest trai that like mnp mobile number portability introduce dth portability as soon as possible.

                    I applied for new connection from online portal. There I was asked for option SD/HD. On selecting HD, only option for HD settop box with recording was there which was costing quite high nearly 9000+. So I had to opt for SD topbox.

                    When person for installation visited my place, at the time of installation, he informed that HD settop box without recording is also available.but the option for the same wasn't there. I immediately chatted with customer care through app and asked her to take my complaint. Instead of taking my complaint, she put it in feedback and misinformed me that my complaint has been taken and I will receive call back within 48 hours. On my asking the complaint number for reference, she gave me the number IQBK6SZ4.

                    Next day I received a feedback and information call for settop box to which I told that I am awaiting resolution of my complaint. To my utter surprise I was informed that no complaint is pending on my account. And that there is only feedback which has been fixed by back end team. I asked him to take my complaint afresh to which he gave me complaint number IQDVB5ZT.

                    Today I received a call against my complaint but I am being asked to pay full amount of 1299 for new HD box.

                    My grievance is I already paid 1099 for SD settop box since no option of hdbox without recording available on internet.

                    Now, they have fixed the issue but want me to pay the penalty for the fault on online portal by paying 1299 for HD sattopbox without adjusting amount of 1099 already paid for SD sattoo box.

                    On the top of that they want me.to have reported the issue of non availability of HD settop box without recording option before installation of SD settop box which I got to know about only when installation boy was explaining use of remote and browsing channel on Tata sky and some channels not available for viewing as enquired from him.

                    The issue was reported within one hour and still they want me to pay 1299 for HD settop box . This is absolute chating and fraud

                    With reference to the trailing mail and aforesaid complaint, I am again and again being asked to show the screenshot of non availability of option of HD settop box without recording.

                    I just googled for new tata sky connection and the same two option of SD set topbox and HD Settopbox with recording is available. No option for HD dettol box without recording available. I didn't search for any discount or offer. Simple new tatasky connection was searched.

                    It amicably reveal that it's so misguiding to prevent informed decision by the customers and no way of knowing that there is any option of HD settopbox without recording.

                    Like any sane person anyone will select SD settop box instead of Rs.9300/- highly costly HD box.

                    The same happened to me for which I am being coerced to pay Rs.1299/- over and above Rs. 1099/- for HD settop box when the error of nonavailability of option of HD settop box without recording was reported within one hour.

                    I have lost all hopes of any customer caring approach of Tatasky.

                    Received a call from [protected] number where executive tells me that they agree with the bin visibility if option of HD Settopbox on portal but we cannot do anything. You have paidb1099 and you need to pay 1499 now extra for HD settop box. And they are taking feedback at my expense for future.

                    What kind of customer service tatasky is providing. It just appears extortion money tactic by misguiding and I'll informing customer to make decision about choice and then making her pay double triple for the option available at par with the chosen option at the first place if the full disclosure of information was there.

                    I am left with no option but to approach consumer court for resolution of my grievance.

                    Please don't make any call to my number unless I am compensated for the non disclosure of full information and given me Full HD set top box in place of sd settop box without any further cost.

                    Yes, I have reported above what I have been told. That I have to pay now 1499 for HD settop box and you take my grievance as feedback at my expense of 1099 + 1499 to put your house in order.

                    The complaint isn't closed and tatasky portal should stop defrauding people and change my SD sattoo box with HD settop box.

                    because tata sky is defrauding customers by ill informing customers in its portal thar only 2 optiins available for tata sky connection I.e. SD sattop box for 1299 and HD settop box with recording of 9300. customers, with not much resources opt for sd settop box at 1099 only to know later that HD settop box is also available for almost same price without recording. now customers being told this after installation, customer is asked to shell out 1499 more now for HD settop box. I have paid my first and last subscription for this fraud company. will look for other options.

                    No, my concern isn't resolved. Replacement of settopbox hasn't been done by Tatasky and stop giving my grievance the name of feedback at my expense. Do the needful and fix the issue caused due to misinformation/suppressed information on the portal.

                        Tatasky is fraud company looted customer money.
                        Customer executive is careless and unprofessional.

                        I talked about give refund to customer care executive on sunday (10 nov 2019). He ensure me amount credit in my account.

                        Now (12 nov 2019) another tata sky customer executive call me and said that he never talk about refund.

                        I registered complaint on 3 nov 2019 (Sunday). I registered my complaint every single day. But tata sky employees are very careless and giving me worst service.

                        Customer care executive said that we don't registered complaint because you cancelled technicians or refuse to give technicians charges.

                        But i complaint every single day. So, it's your company issue not registered my complaint.

                        Even i registered complaint on 9 nov 2019 in the morning time. Customer care executive give me technicians and i ready to pay charges. But no one is coming for solve this issue on 9 nov 2019 in given time.. I again call in the evening 6pm, another customer care executive told me your complaint is not registered till now.

                        So, how your employees is working and unprofessional. She registered my complaint on saturday 9 nov 2019 at 6pm.

                        The technicians is solved the setupbox issue on sunday at 6pm. I call tata sky customer care number again for giving me new setup box receipt. Technicians told me add 600 rupees in your tata sky account because tata sky automatically deducted charge from there.

                        I add 600 rupee to tata sky account. And call tata sky customer care number for refund and new set-up box receipt.

                        He told me your complaint is registered on 9 nov 2019. Not in 3rd nov 2019. He said we give you 57 rupees. He ensure me to credit 57 rupees in my tata sky account. He said that he transfer good will.

                        Today 12th nov 2019 12 pm he refused and told me that we dont give any refund or good will.

                        Your technician told me total charge 600 which I added to my Tata sky account and you deducted 630 rupee for what?

                        What are you doing? Do you really want make money through illegal and looted your customer.

                        With Guarantee on it.

                        My id is (protected) but not login in mytatasky net work to managa my account due to the OTP not receiving by new RMN (protected), but add channel works by the new RMN. please do the needful to change further like manage pack like remove multy tv pack etc.

                          Sir/mam, i did my recharge on 31st october as well as today on 11th november from the tata sky app. Amount was 343rs and then i did 336rs. Both the transactions are said to be successful on my paytm upi transfer @hdfc bill desk. The amount has been debited from my account. But recharge couldn't be processed from tata sky. I need my refund. Why i have to recharge again and again. Where is my money gone?

                            I have done DTH recharge on 26th oct for a month and after some days it started showing on the screen that "this is the wrong card for this set top box(pairing error)..."

                              I have paid tata sky new installation on oct 8, after few days they called and offered tata sky binge fire stick and i literally asked them 4 to 5 times about the free service, even then they said it is free only.
                              After getting installed they didnt even inform.
                              When i saw my account details i got to see that they charge 249 rs for the binge service.
                              When i called the customer care, they said its mandatory
                              I pay for internet charges, hotstar, netflix and amazon prime account still i need to pay 249 rs to them again
                              And they say 1 month free service..
                              1 mnth servc is provided for any users of netflix, hotstar etc...
                              If we dont want to pay.. Then we should return the firestick.
                              We can buy from amazon directly, why to take from you and pay for you every month.

                                Hi, help is here! Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                                Tata sky has common dish antenna and it has not been working. They are not resolving the issue and I am being charge on daily basis. Let me know how do I proceed. I have sent close 15 complaints in last 3 months. The issue comes up every 15 days. The technician are real not responsive.

                                  Tata sky box has been providing me with an error for a month. Every time a service staff comes he says its an it error that will get sorted within 2 days. They close the complaint (When they are not supposed to) and leave. When i follow up the call centre says the issue was resolved. And they send another service staff who gives same excuse. Now they wont compensate me for one month that i did not receive service. Rather the call centre questions me whether i am lying or not.

                                    I didn't use the service for 3 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.

                                      Not operated tata sky for a month now i when i started it showing that wrong card for this setup box (Pairing error). Please fix so that i can use the service provided by tata sky. Also please a suggestion is there any pack that i design myself if yes please tell the steps.
