Dear sir,
I had gone abroad and hence submitted the request to put my tatasky dth on safe custody up to 21 jun17. On returning back on 22jun17, i checked up that my tatasky dth is still deactivated and hence i requested the customer care to activate my tatasky services.
Customer care informed me that your validity of existing annual mega pack is till 28 jun and you have to recharge with new annual pack revised to platinum mega pack hd.

On further querry they informed that the existing validity will remain till 28 jun17 and new cycle will commence from 29 jun17. Hence recharge of rs8500/- was done on 25jun 17as desired by citi bank credit card for annual renewal.

On 26 jun morning, i saw the message that although my recharge has been realized but the next recharge date was mentioned as 09 jan 18.

On further querry with customer care it was informed that still your old mega pack hd is on.
Which authorizes me to use the old pack till 28 jun & avail the facility of balance three showcase movies as the new pack would be available only after 29 jun17'

But now they have lapsed my old mega pack along with three show case movie besides have charged me from 22jun 17 instead of 29 jun17 thus depriving me of one week benefit.

In view of the foregoing the following is requested:
1. My tatasky recharge cycle should commence from 29 jun17 to 28 jun18.
2. My balance three show case movie be restored or added to the present showcase movies entitlement till 28 jun18.

Kindly resolve the matter urgently and confirmation to be given to me at the earliest.
