I am facing problem regarding the set top box and picture quality since 15th sep 2017. I have filed many complaints (Telecom customer care/ online/ emails). On 23/09/2017 my hd set top box was replaced and i have been charged rs 400+rs 225. This new set top box is not functioning properly. The sd channels are clear but in hd channels due to high distortion picture are not clear. I complaint several times, technician visits but they do nothing. One technician misbehaves also. Every time i enquire about this with tata sky customer care, i get a new resolution date about the issue. Moreover your service engineer behaves very rudely and arrogantly with me like they don’t need any customer even if they lose. Saying “jo karna hai kar lo”” is this a way to represent your service to your customer who don’t have any fault??. They say without paying rs 400/ we will not replace set top box. Only seven days before it was replaced that too with faulty. I have been told warranty period of one year.
I have discovered that tata sky is not at all serious to resolve customer complaints.
Since, the device as well as connection has failed to serve the purpose, i want to get my balance amount back, after surrendering the device and connection to the company.
Set top box provided to me automatically restarts during its working. As on 07/10/2017 i did not get any solution. Was this information helpful? |
